allegri is now the coach with the most goals scored by his subs with 74 goals. ancelotti is at 73, the rest is easy to figure out. his most successful sub players are morata and matri, and max beat ancelotti in a lot less substitutions (954 vs 1299).

His man management skills really have to be discussed. He has had problems with Morata, Dybala, Lichtsteiner, Bonucci and maybe even Vidal. Can he not handle players like them?

Players being pissed over a substitution is a man management problem by Allegri? Yeah.

Morata didn't play because he wasn't good enough.

Morata was sub. most matches in his last season.

players want to play, let them play. I cannot understand his always subs of Dybala at last third of the match.
let him play, almost all leagues the young players (even if top) completes most matches.
fresh leg my ass when ur winning by 2 goals.
let them play.

there is so many indications (even if some of below are romurs) that he has this man management issue.
- players frustrations.
- losing control over dressing room at hf in the final
-Buffon telling Allegri: "mister, you cannot always be polite with these players"
- His dabbing with Pogba in his last season and all these challenges while not with any other player.
at one of those (the basket ball challenge) Dybala was there, it was clear he was telling Dybala to step aside.
- did not see any player celebrate and run to him.

Finally, I am not blaming him for BonBon exit.
Juve have this strict conduct policy "more than above normal".

Yes. He was a sub BECAUSE HE WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH.

And he subs Dybala because he's dead around the 80 minute mark.
not saying otherwise for Morata.

and I am not against him, he is still one of the best 10 coaches around

i think he lacks this one thing which is not at all related to his technical ability. but his charisma and character. which distant him fro being the best and these things wont change.

As for Dybala, yes, but at 2 goal margin why do u care? to replace him with conserve energy mood player?
