Defense needs a serious refresher. Barzagli is one of my favorite players of these past 6 seasons, but sadly I think he's done. We need Caldara NOW.

The Pogba money was a chance to completely rejuvenate the squad with 3-4 quality players but we bought a 29 year old who we can't create chances for and don't play to his strengths.

I like Higuain he's a terrific striker but his signing doesn't make sense when our team is so unbalanced. He's not magically going to do it all on his own

We also need WC attacking wide midfielders who can play technically and supply higuain and dybala with balls. Players who can be good and young enough to make the opposition worry about them.

we need to be able to play 2-3 formations equally good, to have the ability to counter such teams. the 4231 was perfect vs Barcelona, but vs Madrid it didnt work. I think the 451 we played last season vs Bayern would have been perfect vs this Real team. If only we had Pogba

Respect for Allegri for what he has done,but his way of play is so so so frustrating....defence tactics calculations...i am tired of all that $#@!. For once i want to see an attacking Juventus,and happens what happens.

Tactical solidity and defensive mentality goes to shid when you simply cant transition into atacking mode. Juventus and atletico are a living proofs of this and real madrid has debunked this myth horridbly.

Allegri needs to step up his game too...he shopuld not get a free pass from this. He is the coach, he is the one who needs to ask the board what he wants.....If coaches will continue to bend over marotta and just let him find opportunities to then improvise formations...then let marotta be the coach. If not...make ur voice be heard....because now juve is in a position of strenght compared to the conte era....and allegri should enforce hisvision since early summer and do not be hesitating wioth formations and improvisations.

Our BBC is getting wrecked in finals and i think its time to find alternatives to opur gameplay. I personally think that barzagli is done. he was oumatched by mbapp and cristiano..and sadly they are the kind of strikers ull face on finals.

like him or not, he would have been the difference for us yesterday. our midfield was not up to it, Dani and Mario had to put in extra work to make up for the numerical disadvantage, so it took a lot of stamina from them to perform at a high level for 90 minutes both offensively and defensively. we need to be able to play 2-3 formations equally good if we want to beat the likes of Barca, Madrid and Bayern all in the same season

Simeone has a great team, Atletico management is doing as good as we do in the mercato. Real has the better team ofcourse, but thats also why they roflstomped them

Of course that kind of depth made the difference. Over the course of a season? Absolutely it did. That was reflected in the 2nd half of the match. Madrid came out of that tunnel like it was the first match of the season. No physical or mental fatigue whatsover, and that is certainly attributed to the quality of that squad from 1-25.

And yes, our mentality did take a nosedive. I'm not discounting that in the least. But when your legs suddenly can't keep up, your mind is what starts to go next. You could see it from the 35 minute mark of the 1st half to the end of the match. Once their midfield started taking control, forget it. It was over.

The lack of another quality MF, coupled with the lack of any attacking options off the bench except a grossly out of form Cuadrado, had this team gassed on all levels. An awfully shitty time to hit that wall, but it happened. It's up to Marotta and the Board to make sure this doesn't happen again.

In the second half, we were just off offensively.we always lost in the second half.

Atletico and Juve have had similar operations to get this success of even getting to final and rebuilding. Sold the likes of Costa for big money. We sold Pogba to rebuild with Higu and Pjanic.

Real has Bale on bench on CL final....We have Asamoah and Lemina.
James who cost 75m didnt even make bench. James would start here at Juve, love him or hate him (i know some here dont like James, just saying). James is still better than playing Alves as ur Winger or Cuadrado.

And that goes full season. Thats why i also say, we played the Mandzus, Higuains, Pjanicis and Khediras every fkn week. I read Zidane didnt even play Ronaldo full games in league. Ronaldo himself admitted in one of the press conferences before final that he felt fresh cause Zidane had rested him during the season and sort of made sure his form and freshness would peak for april/may. If u have big squad and u can play the likes of Morata in midtable league game, that is possible.

there were games in La Liga Real fielded their entire bench (with Navas in goal and Ramos from the starters) and still won easily, and that was after their loss to Barcelona when the league was wide open. crazy depth, Zidane was totally right when he stubbornly repeated they wont sell any player that was wanted by other clubs last summer, even if he was unhappy with playing time

I can understand the excuse we have no money, no more than real, but just look at them playing talented dudes like ascencio, which costed them peanuts.

We on the other hand, bench promising players like mandragora till they rot.

Youre wrong. Depth doesnt just mean subs but also being able to play in form players. Cuads was out of form so he went to the bench for Barza. Made us a different team and I wasnt fond of it. Also Isco was a bench player. Depth if you will and he was on fire for them in the last 2 months. Depth creates competitive nature and also gets 11 in form players on the field more often
