It might be ok for you to have a coach exchanging insults with a player and neither liked nor respected by the squad, not for me.
Maybe you have a point and that there is an underlying disconnect between the players and the coach. If that is the case then its a matter of time before we see more of this type of behaviour.

Bonucci's fine may put others from swearing but you will see players who are no longer motivated and it would have affected our performances/results. We have yet to see this.

Players making it clear that they don't want him. It is easier to change the coach than change half of the squad.
How did they make it clear they don't want him? Other than Leo's incident that no one knows until now the reason behind it.

I actually love the fact that Allegri insulted Leo and asked him to shut the fvck up. And is there a coach that doesn't insult his players?

Several players showed the same reaction. They are questioning his decisions, because they don't believe in him. He has to and will go at the end of the season. Our performance is in stagnation. Regression will follow, if board don't do something about it.

Dont be a fool

Dybala did something foolish, which we players see often do. I dont like it, but that can happen with fantasista's

Licht is a winner. He wanted to win and stay on. Allegri thought he was injured and he was desperate to show he wasent. He didnt insult allegri, he wanted to explain it was fine.

Bonucci was questionning something allegri did, most likely related to the miscommunication with Licht. Allegri told him to shut his vagina.
Bonucci then made the mistake to curse back cause his ego took a hit

Bonucci was out of line. And he was also the third incident. time to put down the law.

me too  i think allegri has/is a great coach and i would like him to stay longer with us. i don't agree that he is losing the dressing room, you just need to read buffon's reply to bonucci missing tonights game to understand that leo is on his own and not supported by the rest of the squad with regards to his outburst.
