I still rate Mourinho despite his poor form of late. He won the CL with Porto and managed to do well with Inter in the CL, an achievement that a lot did not think was possible. Also he helped make Real Madrid a force in Europe again, when they had not qualified to the quarters for 8 years in a row at one point. Point is I've seen Mourinho inherit teams which were poor in a certain aspect then change them.

Capello was depressing as fuk, because he was our coach, and had a team that should have rivalled Pep-era Barca. We should have easily won a CL title in 04-05 or 05-06. It's almost ridiculous to believe the reality that we were knocked in QFs both years, to Liverpool and Arsenal, teams we were clearly superior to on paper.
I wish he was a more likeable character and it didn't make me feel kind of nauseous thinking of him as our coach. Cognitive dissonance here. Great coach who I utterly despise and want to believe is a $#@! coach. 
To me Klopp is a bit overrated. Sure he is a great manager, but also mostly a one trick pony. Pressing with much energy and then counter, but if teams dont give him/hes team the space he really dont got a plan B. Im really curious to see how he will do with Liverpool the next couple of years - should he stay and not get fired.
If he win them a PL title or two im ready to praise him for sure. But for now i think he gets to much credit. What he did in Dortmund was great, but honestly Bayern was a mess in 2011, and 2012 Bayern chocked hard in all competitions. He then reached the CL final which offcourse was a great achivement, but after that he really been mediocre imo.

But if you disagree you gotta say why. Didnt Mou and Pep had unlimited money to spend in the summer? Didnt they have freedom to sign (almost) whoever they want? Werent they huge favorites by anyone who didnt know Conte to win the league? Did Spalletti and Sarri have the same luxus? Didnt the 2 of them lose their best players and replaced them with nobodies? And they are doing better than the overrated duo from Manchester
Klopp is a different version of Guardiola. Both will play their ideal football even if it takes them to the grave, without any clue of how to change things if they go wrong
