love this new formation.

it will be better once marchisio is back. against big teams with strong mids, it might be better to drop pjanic and go for marchisio.

i think if we continue with this formation, it spells the end for sturru, lemina, and hernanes.

but it also means we need a winger. so it might work out for coman/berrardi

Max Allegri brushed over the incident when Paulo Dybala refused to shake the Juventus tactician’s hand. “All players want to stay on the pitch.”

La Joya was substituted during today’s 2-0 victory away to Sassuolo and not only did he fail to shake Allegri’s hand while walking off, he actively swerved and threw his own arm behind his back to avoid the handshake.

“All players want to stay on the pitch and he did very well as long as he was there,” the Coach told reporters.

“Nothing happened, players can get angry when they’re substituted. The important thing is that when they’re on the pitch, they do what needs doing.

“I get cross if the players don’t shake the hands of their teammates when coming off, as they need to always show respect for their teammates.

“If they’re angry with the Coach, it doesn’t matter, it’ll blow over. We’re used to these things. I was a player too…”

Or maybe we will drop Dybala and play Pjanic in his role. There are many options like playing Dani/Sandro for Cuads/Mandzu

The new formation even gives us defensive stability. We allow little to the opposition and sometimes we literally defend with 11 players.

One goal conceded in 3 games of 4231.

He really is a brilliant coach, changes formation and the way we play completely midseason and maintains the same level and even improves. Did that in 14/15 too. Best coach in the world

Had he insisted with the 3-5-2 regardless of it fits us you'd still be singing praises. Let's be honest, he changed things up out of desperation

We were leaders and CL group winners with the 352, what desperation are you talking about. Also, he didnt suddenly introduce a new formation we never played before out of the blue, he prepared it before in practice so he can use it when needed. That it worked out so well shows how great tactically he is

Guys u didn't understand me, I didn't mean that I would like to drop Dbała. I just said this might be one of the options for Allegri if we want to play more defensively.

He is a very good coach. He has made mistakes in the past, but everyone does. What I love most about him is the will to improve and examine his own ideas.

Or I can say he finally after 8 months during his third season and just when he couldn't use his favorite MF (Sturaro) he finds out a way to performance and we finally can see what's the game plan cuz so far only Max got It. Last game against Milán he didn't do the subs the game obviously was asking cuz he still is hesitating with a system he's trying to figure out so... He's finding the way but very far to be reliable this season. Hopefully a winning streaks give him the class he shows in the first season

Yeah he loves to experiment which is why we see him play players out of position to fit a formation or play less talented players to make a more talented player fit in better. He also isnt afraid to throw players into the fire as shown with Sturaro vs Madrid and Nanes vs Bayern. Pretty versatile

So the best coach in the world took 6 months of the season to figure out that we needed a formation with less CM and all of our offensive stars involved. Its literally what every random tuz member has been saying for months.
