No they aren't. That's just silly.
Okay.Different opinions.Mancini is the luckiest prick in the world.He have unlimited source of money at City and win what?One EPL at 95 min.He should win CL with that money at disposal.Tevez didn't give a fuck about him and we all know about his form here.I don't even count his trophies with Inter because they were just when we came from Serie B and were disaster.Milan ,the same more-less .So it wasn't so hard for him to win Scudetto that years.Also Galatasaray... .
Maybe Ventura and Montella didn't win anything but they didn't also have even 20% of the money he had for buying the players at the teams he coached.

You are judging on two vastly different expectations on them. Mancini from Lazio to Fiorentina to changing to top teams, has done well mostly in his task, not revolutionary or top coach level, but improved most of his teams and advanced his career because of it. Ventura is a small team expert and nothing more, has not shown anything like Mancini's career has, and its for a reason. Montella I would generally take over Mancini, but he needs to show he can coach a top team like Mancini has, despite the mixed results. Closest Montella has gotten is half a year in Roma and thats it, and they arent even a real top team for me. The fact they arent getting these gigs Mancini is getting should be telling in itself. And us viewers are more likely to scrutinize and be dissapointed in Mancini's coaching because expect MORE for someone who coached in top level for over a decade. While, honestly, what do you expect of Ventura? To survive and stay in midtable at best. While Montella is still a coach in progress, I very much liked his experiment in Viola, did well until he lost the plot a bit. He needs a top gig to showcase himself for real.

IMO at the moment

1) Ancelotti
2) Allegri
3) Conte
4) Sarri
5) Mancini

Yes. Sarri. I actually really like him. Napoli done well to get him.
Allegri is not that good even though he did get us to an almost perfect season last year... Allegri is the sort of manager who can ride on a success but up until now I know him as a Milan one great season one very good season and one awful one.
At Juve he has one great season and one... to be seen (currently not so great season...)
Ancelotti is definitely the best manager in Italy even though he is not my favorite... I do remember where he couldnt get the job done with Zidane in his lineup - playing in the most predictable way! - He is however the perfect fit for Real and they did very wrong to fire him!
Conte is a great manager he knows how to make his side to always fight for every ball! Would I take him back absolutely he could fire up the team again!
Sarri - its too fast to judge him on his Napoli work as we are not that great in Serie A this season...
Mancini - He is a very lucky coach! He never impressed me but he does get the results! his titles won with Inter are titles I do not count as we were out of the running...

Allegri developing some premises to the team:

- Barzagli must play;

- Midfield needs experience, and Pogba can't lead yet;

- Cuadrado must play;

- Morata must play, mostly as a CF.

As long as he keeps these premises, the team should develop. I'm glad he found them.

To me Dybala needs to play, always, as Mandzukic takes Morata out of place, and the team loses in too different positions (Dybala > Morata as a SS, Morata > Mandzukic as a CF).

Barzagli did well sometimes as a RB, surprisingly. But obviously can't be a starter there.

I'd go with 352, Dybala-Morata upfront, Cuadrado-Sandro wingbacks, Khedira/Marchisio, at least one of them, always playing in the midfield with Pogba.
