I can see a few people here are obviously taking the easy way out with their usual scapegoat.

At the end of the day, if your team is creating as many chances as we are but not converting them into goals then you see what happened today. It is absolutely incredible to see how many chances we are creating but not finishing the game. Even our best lineup last year or two wouldn't have created as many chances as consistently as we are.

Once we are back to full fitness in our lineups and once our forwards start clicking you will see a lot less bitching here.

I blame Allegri for the lineup but he corrected that at halftime and we immediately saw the improvements. And you can blame all our "young" players for not running down the clock, well guess what fuckers our SEASONED defense conceded and our world class pogba was caught napping. NOTHING about our result today was down to inexperience.

Yes, keep praising Marotta for bringing the most random players one could ever imagine. Luckily I am not the only one saying that anymore, slowly a lot of people are realising that and in the end it will be you and two or three others who failt to see it.
What is Marotta exactly to blame here for? Players being unable to finish great chances? The team really looked good in the 2nd half, once Max introduced Dybala and Chiello, while taking off Sturaro and Licht, we started to play more fluidly and looked about to score every time we were close to the box. Frosinone had 1 shot on target ffs. Terrible luck and this ofc can't last. I hope we regroup our forces and pull off City next Saturday.

I was agreeing with every bit of this post, till I read the last sentence. Of course it was down to inexperience. The fact they missed so many chances, the lack of precision, shows a lot of anxiety, it has everything to do with inexperience.

But I agree, there were very good signs in the 2nd half, now Allegri must follow this path. Keep the 352 with Cuadrado and Sandro, start Dybala.

Creating really good chances and having a lot of shots on goal is not the same thing
We hit the post twice today dude. Plus we scored a goal. Those were great chances.

We had tested the goalie 11 times...say it with me again...WE TESTED THE GOALIE 11 TIMES TODAY.

How can you start a match against worst team of the league with 3!!! defend midfielders when you have someone like Hernanes in your squad, the same hernanes that gave us right speed of passing from the middle against the City...........LOL.......#allegriout

True but Roma dropped points, this was a must win. Keeping your most creative forward on the bench and your most creative CM while playing against Serie B quality side ain't a slow start, its bs.. :(
Yup..

it seems he is showing his true milanista colors now.

This looss is totally on allegri. Not using Hernanes and Dybala...was a crime.

Also our players , specially our forwards...need a good spanking. Waste masters

You might be right and MikeM said it too about the younger guys needing to run down the clock. But was there a reason to run down the clock when we were in absolute control from the minute the 2nd half started? I mean we could have easily won today 4/5-0. Easily.

Pogba the one guy that can probably jump the highest on the team was beaten on a corner and we lost 2 points. I still thank that has more to do with our defensive game on set pieces always being weak (even last year) than the inexperienced players we have.

Allegri's team lacks in character. Pogba isn't a leader and will never be, he's a great player with huge potential who still needs to be schooled from time to time. The club's decision to put extra pressure on him was dumb.

As some said earlier, we had dozen chances to finish off the game. But it took some incredibly very poor finishing to end up with a draw here. Allegri deserves only a small part of the blame, the most would go to those supposedly 'experienced' players who were on the pitch. If this problem persists, then I'll start putting more blame on Allegri.

Once again! Max should be able to rest players against the worst team in Serie A and expect the back ups to WIN! Shit Pepe and deceglie, matri and quads would have!

Yes we had a lot of chances but the build-up game is shit
Our build up was shit in the first half but immediately chanced when he made the RIGHT changes at half time. We were in cruise control and they were in tatters.

He shouldn't, the first half he's definitely to blame. Both Sturaro and Lemina have no business playing at the same time here, especially against weakest opponent in Serie A. But in the 2nd half I'll blame players for being wasteful in front of the goal.

I dont think our poor finishing right now has anything to do with character. We have fighters in this squad and once our attack starts bagging in goals consistently you will see everyone else sorta fall in sync.

I'm sure now, we are doing a Barcelona from last season. Terrible beginning and a treble at the end. :numnum:
