True but Roma dropped points, this was a must win. Keeping your most creative forward on the bench and your most creative CM while playing against Serie B quality side ain't a slow start, its bs..

Right now he is creating too much competition in the side. No one is comfortable. It's not a good team dynamic when everyone is trying so hard to impress and get in the starting XI. Dybala gets benched and predictably when he comes on he is shooting every ball at the net.

There is no calm in the team. Right now there's too much trust in the players. Allegri needs to go more towards the Conte side of the scale and put some strict organization in place and some strict roles in place.

The injuries are making it extra tough on him I know. I'm never a fan of players "fighting" for spots because they become selfish. Zaza and Dybala couldn't pass to each other if they were the last 2 people on earth.

That's also because this team doesn't have an identity. The players haven't spent enough time together, and it's highly unlikely they'll find a magical formula to gel together. Concentrate on third place because from where I see it, that too seems unlikely this season.
