I knew he'd be tactically flexible and apart from his system, have the privilege of switching to 352 at times. My worry was how he would handle the group, and except Vidal's few attitude problems and Llorente becoming complacent and turning to shit for a good part of season, he did good overall.

He's had to deal with injuries to key players during the season, hasn't he? Pirlo, Barzagli, Caceres, Vidal (not the same for a long time after injury), Romulo, Asamoah, Pogba...and hasnt whined or complained once, took it all in his stride and kept us moving forward. That's a big credit to him and his squad management skills.
