lmao ppl mentioning Mou and SAF just because they had big ego's and compare them with Conte. ffs Conte won only Serie A. SAF and Mou conquered the world there's big difference. Let's face it Conte is average coach with great motivating ability. Tactically Allegri always I mean always was killing him in the matches against Milan with twice weaker squad. The $#@!ing Kopenhagen(spelling?) coach was better than Conte in tactical sense.

He did great for us, returned our winning mentality but made losers of us in Europe
Don't forget Mancini taking over Gala. Fucking mediocre piece of shit got a draw off us in Turin and beat us in Turkey.

back to allegri.... our remaining games in CL vs Malmo and Atletico will be where I will judge Allegri! Given our 'do or die' situation, other than footballing tactics, I really really hope Allegri can inject some CONFIDENCE in our team... something that's been truly lacking in our performances in Europe

If he can give that to the team, then it will be a season to look forward to... here's hoping!

Waaay too soon for you guys to think he's better than Conte.

I guess some have short memories, Conte managed to turn a 7th placed team to a league winning team in his first season here (with few new additional players).

Conte managed to break the league record in the numbers of points last season plus he managed to win 3 league titles back to back which is another record !

I too hated the 3-5-2 formation and Conte's stubborness at times, but Conte IMO was the best manager we had ever since the days of Lippi. "When or IF" Alegri wins a title then and only then I'd compare him personally with Conte.
the only thing pathetic around here are the idiots who are jerking themselves off over 2 impressive wins which somehow outweighs 3 straight league titles, having rescued the team from years of $#@! and countless records smashed achieved by someone who is younger, and has already won more than allegri has and probably ever will
I said he's a better tactician. Conte did well to instill a certain mentality with good man managing. But when faced with tactical challenges he failed to make any real changes despite a long string of poor performances, namely in europe. Face it, by the end of his time at Juve he looked tactically inadequate. Maybe time will disprove me, but Allegri is finding solutions to two big problems that Conte couldn't/wouldn't - the over-exposure of Pirlo and our impotence up front.

I have a big ego, maybe I should coach Juventus ?

About allegri, I still think people are over reacting. He has done well untill now, but let's not get ahead of ourselves and treat him like the next lippi. It will propobly take at least 15 - 20 more games to judge him.
