Ahaha this is really a fall of an empire in a short time span Of 24 hours.

1)conte leaves
2)no more iturbe transfer
3)pogba and Vidal unsettled
4)appoint allegri, whole world laughs
5)pirlo unsettled FOR SURE

If we are still able to win this title I will admit that agnelli and marotta are legends.

Right now we have only purchased Coman. And have not done any deals to boost our wings.

Another fantastic thing about Allegri is that he takes personal disputes out on the pitch....He humiliated Pato and Ronaldinho repeatedly and cast aside any player who didn't speak of him in the most glowing terms in the media.

Inzaghi, Urby, Pato, Pirlo, Seedorf, Kaka, Balotelli, Gattuso and Nesta all had problems with him (And I know I'm missing some). Pato missed a penalty just coming back from injury and he immediately benched him. He was MUCH slower to take off Matri after being rubbish game after game :touched:

Conversely he defends his pet players to the death (Matri Muntari).
So he should go out to the media and say they suck? Honestly what the hell is wrong with I've read your posts is there something wrong with you?

Selfish or stupid, history prooved that it was rather the later.
Conte really believed in himself that much.
But being confident or self interested is not the matter at hand here.
Conte was completely unproven in Serie A, Allegri has had his chance.

Have you really seen how his team actually played when he still had some great players with him??
He was not the only man to be blamed about Milan's decline, but he put the team in a strong crisis they have never recover from.

The situation Conte has faced in serie B was completely different and even then, he has transformed the way his team play in a positive way.

If it was actually between Allegri or Mancini, we definitely made the right choice.

Deschamps left Juventus before, what makes you think he wants to come back? Its not as easy everyone makes it seem.

Other than that, what realistic alternatives were there? None. Like Marotta said, we had to act fast, and he's the best we could possibly get.

Forza Allegri. :weee:

Allegri couldn't win the Scudetto with Ibrahimovic in his team and many other quality players. Conte got better of him then.

Doubt that Allegri will win us anything significant next year, not even Scudetto.
I try to be as honest as possible with myself when posting and I'm gonna say Milan deserved to win the Scudetto that year. A lot of things went against them
Year after he still got third place while all of his team was sold or released and he was given shit

The very fact that Milan's roster should done BETTER then what they did, and the coach's day to day operations is most responsible for that, or you honestly think Milan didnt have enough players to do better then the utter clusterfuck of the last 2 seasons? If we are gonna reason like that, how about we absolve likes of Del Neri of their utter failures too.

May I remind you this started because you guys are trying to say it was a miracle he got 4th CL spot with Milan?????
It was actually one bad season in Milan, when it went all downhill for him. What he was handed to work with in his final year was absolute disgrace for the club of Milan's stature. I don't remember that they ever had worse group of players. Making it possible to achieve CL qualification, reach knock-out rounds, to beat Barca, is a miracle and that is down to his work.

We cannot absolve the likes of Del Neri as big money was spend in those days and very little was achieved, unlike Milan with Allegri, when there were exodus of their biggest stars.

I'm ending this here as I'm not one of his biggest fans, but merely want to see this guy on our bench for 10-15 games before passing any judgment. Last thing I want to sound as some kind of zealot, but the amount of overreaction by few might be the cause that.

Look man. I'm not sitting here defending Allegri. I'm as upset as everyone else about what has taken place. But I'm also not going to just disregard facts in a conversation either. And the facts are that Allegri from 2010-2013 finished 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, and things didn't really go to shit until his last half season with Milan.

I can understand full well if his best work was getting a Sampdoria to a CL spot as a coach, then yes, it would be very easy to say that Allegri has accomplished nothing. But Allegri has accomplished some good things as a coach, including finishing third the same year that Silva and Ibra were sold.
