Can stay that of several coaches really. We are a top team, and we need a top coach, I would choose him over anyone not Simeone pretty much (I hate Mourinho, and also stacked kinda coach). He is expert at building very balanced excellent teams, very heavy on most key part of the team, midfield.

I know that, but I seen more upsets then that when it comes to coaching choices.

ancelotti will not come here, and if by some miracle he did he doesnt have the fire in him to start from the ground up, this team needs to grind results every week

Currently there are so many italian-born coaches without the job.
It speaks volumes about the state of the serie A nowadays. Best managers just don';t contribute to it.
Lippi, Trap, Capello, Ancelotti, Montella, Prandelli, Spalletti, Mazzarri, Di Matteo, Donadoni, Guidolin...

If we sack Allegri, I'll give Spalletti a go. Plays attractive, solid football, a bit forgotten after years in Russia. imho very underrated.

Ancelotti will not come back to Juve, he doesn't like the club and doesn't like Turin.
Who wants or needs Ancelotti?
He has got only ONE serie a title under his belt. Allegri has 2.
Ancelotti is quiet similar to allegri with his approach to the game and handling the locker room. He is not a team-builder, he's great in leading teams full of proven and star players.

Everyone wants to pin everything on Marotta/Paratici at the moment. Fucking insane.

It's a COLLOBORATIVE failure.
Starts with the management mate. Its clear as day to me, that Allegri hasn't got the players he asked for. Pretty sure nobody in their right mind would let go of Vidal to settle for Hernanes. The pre-season itself was poorly planned. Just the fact that he's tinkering so much shows that he has no clear ideas for the players brought to his disposal. Which also is further highlighted by our pattern of prioritising opportunities over and above actual strategic moves based on position and tactics. Getting Cuadrado and letting go of Coman. Selling Vidal and buying Hernanes and Lemina on the last day, just show that we have had no plan halfway through the mercato. Feels like theyve reached their ceiling. If the club is to progress on the european stage then it needs people who know how to sell big and buy big in return. This is the kind of season I would understand if we were building a team from scratch, i absolutely refuse to accept the state of the team after the season we just had on the european and domestic stages. This is not the sign of progress. It is a sign of confusion and lack of cohesiveness between management and coach. Highlighted further by the way Conte left. Maybe an assumption at this point, but one can see where his frustration perhaps came from.

Making it to the CL final and almost winning the treble is a pretty high ceiling if you ask me.

with contes team, if you dont see it by now then you never will
Its amazing how much Conte covered the flaws of this management. Just simply amazing. Anybody who doesn't give him credit for that first scudetto is foolish beyond their years.

Montella maybe better to get a bit more out of this team, but in the grander scheme of things, he's not a top coach, like Allegri could be with the right team.

completely different?

also heres your paratici/marotta assembled teams, both del neri era and this one, enjoy the show
Yep. We went from a boring 352 that controlled possession to a more exciting and less predictable team last year.

Things will come together. When it does, remember the one guy who maintained his same position.
