Dont jump to conclusions. At Milan, there was the issue with Pirlo having to do to much defensive work, due to the players they lacked. Juventus has exactly the players Allegri needed back then, to allow pirlo more creative freedom. We got a midfield roster full of players capable of playing an aggressive pressing game.
So looking at our team, we could eigher go vidal-pogba-asamoah or vidal-pirlo-pogba behind marchisio
OR, swap asamoah and marchisio.
thing is that these trequartista's are extremely expensive and we cant get one thats starter worthy
i'd start what we have for now (but get evra), and get more Coman like players for that cam role

I don't think 4312 is too bad an idea given the players we have..
We have high quality CMs, Tevez can be the forward upfront and run wide, Licht can rule the right flank on his own.
Chiellini + Barzagli is solid enough as 2 man CB.. and if we play Vidal + Pogba + Asamoah/Mach in front of them then we are pretty solid
except we need some better player to play the AMC role.
