So you're admitting that Conte's system was worn out and stagnated but he failed to address it, instead he made up bullshit about Pepe being injured and constructions sites etc?
Conte already knew it was worn out which is why he wanted wide players the last 2 summers to change that up which failed to ever arrive, but still I don't see how Conte is any more stubborn than the likes of Capello who never changed his 4-4-2 system or even delneri for that matter. We saw how Conte tried to set up a 4-3-3 against madrid in the CL albeit quite an unorthodox version of it with certain players playing out of position to accomodate even then that wasn't exactly pretty. You can hate Conte all you like for his stubbourness and his excuses but no manager in the world is exempt from it even allegri

Doesn't mourinho have the biggest ego in this game ? I don't see people complaining about it (I mean his clubs fans, they actually love him for it).

What's really shocks me that out of all club fans, that some of our own fans talks shit about the guy who brought us back to titles after 5 years of winning absolutely nothing.

BRAVO !!

I believe that players like Pereyra, Giovinco, Tevez, Coman can be used in another system than 3-5-2. Giovinco certainly should never play as a striker, Pereyra is versatile and can occupy multiple positions, while Tevez can be deployed on the wings. Coman and Morata as well fit into category of players that can be used on various positions, but it requires that a coach is inclined towards a change, something that Conte rarely was and when Italy's spot was left vacant he quickly seized the opportunity. It was never about not meeting his demands as this mgmt provided him with abundance of talent during the years.

they do? I seem to recall madrid fans wanting to see the back of him, whilst chelsea haven't exactly had anyone better in their shitty history

Mourinho has every right to have an ego, because he is a winner, in the same manner Conte was for Juve.

Secondly they can't be fans because a real fan would have remembered what it was like to see the club finish 7th in consecutive season.

ROFL. You're a hypocrite, read some of the comments you made when we first appointed Conte. Your revisionism is amazing, kutgw mate.

Some around here think the management provided Conte with pure shit for players.

Look, Conte's the second best Italian coach around - but he has MASSIVE flaws and his arrogance and petulance will always hold him back from being a true great. He's a legend of this club and he did help us get back to where we belong, but at the end of the day, he left the club at a horrible time and acted in disgusting self interest (after the club stood by him)

I love how Conte is blamed for being arrogant which will prevent him from being a great manager  because SAF, Mourinho and every other top manager in the world aren't arrogant and to a certain degree stubborn

They are arrogant because they are winners, that is the difference between arrogant managers who win like Conte and Mourinho to pussy managers like ranieri who win fuck all

dunno what people look at when they're rating managers. conte is barely decent at this time. seemingly lacks the flexibility, imagination and tactical nous required for me to even begin consider rating him. good motivator and did well to fire up a team of decent players (with key individuals in various areas of the field). yea we rolfstomped for 3 years and some use this as an argument but we havent regained respect in europe and serie a by the same people's admissions are a piss poor league. so what are you guys really rating? asking for gazillion dollar players kinda masks ur lack of ingenuity..and honestly i think he wouldve stuck those same gazillion dollar guys in repetitive, programmed, rigid movements...diminishing their creative liscence.

Arrogance is what you interpret. Managers are ofte confronted with retarded journalists and media in general. Fans are arrogant, managers have various reasons for whatever situation you interpret as arrogance. I think you mix up arrogance and attitude.

When Juve lost to genoa allegri blamed the pitch... whats your point? All managers have egos and a stubborness to them allegri will be no different when the system is eventually sussed out and he doesnt change it
First I wasn't making a comparision . Second , conte did that all the time , never taking blame . If we want to make a comparision allegri has shifted blame to , but not like conte , he takes more responsibility .
