De Zerbi is young and progressive, but he meets the one very important criterion for any new hire - he's Italian.

The throaters will tell us Failegri is a victim (been one for almost two years now apparently), and that he represents the safe option. Therefore, we should continue with him, as he offers "stability."
Allegri offers greatness, the same way Guardiola does it in the EPL and Ancelotti does it in La Liga. They're all coaching royalty, and you don't walk away from that, ever. A new improved contract to 2030 should be worked out ASAP.

No one in the team can pass, nor dribble. Everyone is frightened to hold the ball or run to receive a pass. I don’t think it all about the player’s’ ability.

They were either trained to do that, or not trained at all!

This guy has Di Maria, Chiesa, Pogba and Vlahovic in the team and he can't win an away game even if his life depended on it, lul.
I think he’s had the availability of those 4 for about 2 games during the whole season…

Regardless, the continued and persistent shit performances being churned out week after week are his responsibility. It’s impossible we can look so robotic moving forward and it be allowed to continue, we’re already 2 years in to his tenure

I don't disagree.

But you can't blame every single thing a player gets wrong on the coach is what I'm saying.

In Vlahovic's case, you can say we play too deep, he doesn't get enough chances, all fair - BUT that does not excuse Vlahovic for doing absolutely nothing right once he does get the ball. Can't pass, can't dribble, can't hold onto the ball, doesn't win 1 on 1's.

He is where the ball goes to die.

How can one blame that ALL on the coach?

Get out.
Destroyed confidence.
You may no like it, say it's an easy out for Vlahovic etc, but its a huge thing for an attacking players. You might also say that Vlahovic must be mentally stronger and you might be right. But that's the thing about best coaches in the world- they make the players better and they make the team better as a unit. Allegri on the other hand seemingly makes the players worse. Allegrified if you will.
Let me remind you- when Vlahovic arrived he was such a breath of fresh air. Pushing and shoving, fighting for every ball and scoring. Every time he touched the ball he seemed like a threat. Then after many "he needs to improve "insert stupid bs from Allegri"" he's Allegrified and playing like this. Looks like a different player for Serbia btw, but that's besides the point.
If this was an isolated case then maybe we could contemplate why that is, but this is true for 99% of the players we bought last couple of years: the new player comes> the new players looks like the 2nd coming of Christ compered to the rest of the team> Allegri finds what needs improving> player is playing like the rest of the team (read like shit).

Time to liberate Condinassa from this Livornese demon

And don't trust these Allegro radicals that they want him sacked. They're just doing Al Taqiyya. Deep down they're jihadi to the core just like their extremist overlord

Truth bombs

Frankly, De Zerbi is the kind of manager you give a long term contract. Not a dinosaur this team has currently.

We should have already gone for De Zerbi, he has been showing this quality since Sassuolo. Many here didn't want him because he had only managed a small club, then he manages a small club in England and everyone wants him.

We should go for Italiano. He has made massive improvements at Fiorentina. They play well, they got way more points last season than they had before, now they are in the running of the coppa and the conference league while maintaining the pace in the league.
