He has 3 young and talented mids and as soon as 2 of them got on, we started pushing forward. Rovella and Miretti showed more in those final mintes than Rabiot has in the last season. But for the most of the match he plays it safe with 'experienced' ones that lack any kind of end product and unless we start dropping more points, this wont change.
The problem is that he will give, for example, Miretti a starting chance next game and maybe he will not play that good and we are back at square 1 with ralks like "he is still young and has a lot to learn" and something like that while on thebother hand he will get back to playing the midfielders that have played bad their whole Juve careers here

Allegri struggles to comprehend and wrap his head around the idea that football evolved compared to his previous tenure. His concepts are only good for a team that pursues defensive stability and secures a top 6 spot on the table. Nowadays, It's simply not enough playing with tactically astute players like Khedira and grinding 1:0 results. Most of the teams press hard and man mark tightly. You can only counter that with technically gifted players. This team is built without a playmaker. Let that sink in for a bit.

But we all blame the wrong person here. It's not his fault. The management should be blamed for the lack of vision to transform Juventus into a club that plays entertaining and modern football. And you simply can't achieve this in one year because it requires subscribing to a certain tactic and filling in all positions with suitable players to execute it.

Our management simply opted for good old pragmatism and club stability. As long as we are in the top 4 on the table, the stakeholders will be pleased with the revenue. There is simply no more love for the game and we just have to deal with it.

Calma everyone the season has just begun with potential reinforcements on the way like Paredes and Milik.
Who are we kidding? Paredes will just take Rovella's/Miretti's place and be a sub for Rabiot. Its some weird love story between Max and the Frenchman.

Miretti is homegrown and he will stay. Paredes will bring some much needed freshness to the midfield. I can't understand why everyone is so impatient the team needs time to gel and deliver proper jihadball.

It is said many times that in Juve the only thing that matters is winning, nothing against that, I love that mentality about not giving up never.
But extrapollate it to only: the end result is what matters is atrocious. Given that logic then we all and the entire planet should only support Real Madrid, because thats it. Heck why even bother to watch the games, just see the result and there it goes. :D We are all winners!
At the end this sport has many facets of why we watch it, one important is for entertainment. I want to enjoy the games, but I havent in a long time.
When you see how this squad functions, i really cannot comprehend if anyone finds this enjoyable.
I dont know what we are playing.
I have the impression that you could swap Allegri with other coach of the league and there would be an improvement.

We can't be thinking about the Scudetto for as long as we keep playing like this, but my point is that it's Allegri's job to look at tonight and think of a way to deploy the same players in such a way that can win the scudetto. Even with the injuries we should breeze to top 4 with the squad we have, and with an effective setup should challenge for top spot. And he's historically been good at figuring shit like this out- it's where he's found success for us in the past. The Conte team was grey and kinda dull to watch, and he brought imagination and unlocked what was blocking us.

He's not dumb and he's not blind. He knows this is his fault. He saw the difference the younger ones made when coming on same as we did. I trust he will make the appropriate changes to our first 11 for Roma. Their style of play is aggressive and forward-thinking. We need to either play a counter game (like tonight) or press them up high to prevent their attacks from starting. I prefer the second but it's Allegri's job to decide which is more likely to get us 3 points, which is ultimately what I care about.
I like your confidence but next game midfield is going to be : Loca rabiot and Zakaria.
I'm going to be awestruck if it isn't.

Our biggest problem is still the midfield. Yes, we do make a lot of horizontal passes, but that is for a reason. We do it to stretch the opposition in order to open up a gap for our LCM and RCM to receive the ball and play a vertical pass to the forwards.

Sounds good but you can't execute that without playmakers. Our midfield is comprised of physical players with the touch of a dinosaur and not technically gifted to make a forward pass. You execute that plan with playmakers. We have none.

- Real has Modric and Kroos.
- Barca has Gavi, Pedri and De Jong
- City has 6 of them
- Milan has Diaz, Tonali and Bennacer.
- Inter has Brozo, Calha and Mkhitaryan
- Chelsea has Jorginho, Mount and Kovacic

We have 0 playmakers as a top team. We only have Locatelli who plays as a holding midfielder stringing passes to our CBs and WBs.

How this management builds a team without playmakers is beyond my comprehension.

This is the 2022 version of Rabiot on the wing. Max gonna field these fuckers defying all logic.
Im losing patience. 2 years of the same crap is too much. He needs to rediscover himself and go back in time a bit, when he use to find solutions. Some self-reflection is neccesary at this point. I cant get over the fact that hes playing the same crappy midfield and expects different results, while we genuinely have few gems on our hands, young talented mids, that show sense of purpose, urgency, spirit.
