#Allegri-#Juve, no stepping back: the coach has a contract of 7mln€ per year plus bonus until 2025 and that will remain. But the club's plans for next season are clear: Scudetto and fight for #UCL, objectives that should be met by pushing hard from the beginning.

Frankly, and unfortunately, I really don’t feel like we are going to win the UCL with Allegri at the helm. Even if we get the ideal players for each position, it’s the archaic mentality of Allegri that will continue to keep us from winning. Even with our dream team, we might reach the UCL final again within the next 2-3 yrs but not win it.

Hypothetically, if Allegri was in charge of the current Real Madrid team (probably the weakest in a while), I highly doubt RM would have even gotten past PSG, let alone Chelsea and Man City.
Similarly, if Ancelotti was in charge of the Juve side (with the clownish midfield), we might have achieved 3rd place at best in Serie A but in the UCL, we would have at least gone past Villareal and maybe even PSG.

Hope to be proven wrong.
Ancelotti wasn´t particularly impressive at Everton and Napoli. I´m pretty sure he would´ve had similar results at Juve with this squad. The players dictate the ceiling of the manager.

In Allegri´s case, he hasn´t been impressive but the squad is poorly constructed as well. For that reason, IMO he deserves to get some players he wants to see what he can do. If we still don´t see improvements then he should go.

Agree. And for that very same reason it was unjust to sack pirlo. Although he was green and clearly not at the same level as allegri, however still not great to treat club legends like that.

Allegri gets another season, and our management get the opportunity to continue the good work they did in January this summer. I have no doubt we will improve that midfield and fix that defense.

Allegri needs to change though...he needs to adapt and broaden his mind to be more offensive. We are fucking terrible.

Nedved told Agnelli that he thinks Juve won't win anything with this shit playstyle

And he's right. He was right from the beginning. Agnelli brought Allegri back because he's his chum, so that he could have his "told ya so" moment against Nedved. Now he's bringing the club down because of it.

Both him and the players are bad.Allegri is accountable for that third centre back change
The management too.

Taking in account performance, each of them should be replaced, not one or the other. The management is a disaster, Agnelli should step down to be honest. terrible man management, terrible leadership, terrible ideas and some weird agendas.

the coach is obvs not the right guy to lead this team, his football is terrible and by now is clear as water that his defensive football and lack of knowledge on young players is not what we need to recover,

Last but not least , half of the team is simply not good enough for juventus, some of them being crazy overpaid and a huge financial burden.

Allegroids are laughing at Pep and his spendings when in reality their cult leader is 3rd on the list of transfer spending with the very same amout of the UCL trophies since 2011 :rofl:oh, and keep in mind that he didn't work here for 2 years so the amount of spendings would have been even bigger and he would have been 2nd and much closer to pep on that list

At the bare minimum we'll need one CB, one capable fullback, one great midfielder and a Dybala replacement this summer. Realistically I think we'll be able to fill two of those positions this summer while buying scrubs for the rest.
We’re stuck in the same vicious circle because of bad management and dumb transfer strategy. The other thing that bugs me the most is injuries. Can someone from the management fucking stop and take a moment to ask themselves why is this happening to our players? Is it preparation, workload, bad staff or a combination of the 3? If Angnelli is not capable of delivering on the promise of winning titles for this club, then he needs to step down.

What about net spending? How many players did City actually have to sell to fund their campaigns? Continuity does wonders for squad cohesion. What about salaries? They can afford to give any player what they want. It's nice to pick and pluck figures to suit your narrative.

Also, Nedved is a Blond Bozo in the capacity of director. What exactly is his fucking role or use to the club? He can complain all he wants, but he's just barely doing anything and getting paid a fuckton for it. Yes, he was a club legend as a player, but he's barely a novice in a directorial role.

City has more money to inject in the club as a state owned club but who denies it? Nobody. Juventus has signed Douglas Costa 40m, Bernardeschi 40m, Pjanic 35m, Sandro 28m, Dybala 40m, Ronaldo 117m, Vlahovic 85m, Locatelli 35m, Pjaca 30m, Matuidi 25m, Cuadrado 20m, Cancelo 40m for Allegri and only players that were sold for good money profit were Pogba and Vidal, you act like juventus had to sell starting 11 player each summer to afford to buy somebody, it's a fucking lie.

See, the difference is "only" 266 millions in earned money so the difference is not that big because juventus had to start from the bottom in 2012 and apart from being state owned club they also have unbelievable amount of the EPL money but it doesn't change the fact that juventus spends A fucking LOT of money.
