So another clean sheet lol. Allegri style is as boring as can be but I think presently it’s his best way to get results. I put part blame on him for CR7 leaving but realize now how much of an asset he was for Sarri and Pirlo that was not replaced.

Maybe Max never wanted CR7 four years ago because he’s not an astute offensive coach? All I know Max is a winner. Yes, had a great bunch of players first time around but not all coaches are successful cause of it.

The defense is better taking into account even MDL having a boneheaded play or two. Totally outplayed by Fior but did they score? No! Disappointed Max didn’t go with the youth since 4th place ($$$$) trumps another Coppa title which I think won’t happen anyway.

Criticize all we want but he ain’t going this summer. Save it for Sept/Oct if after a couple quality mods come aboard and no change in scoring more goals occurs.

Let Allegri guide the ship this season, hopefully towards the 4th place in the league...

But prepare to find an agreement with him at the end of the season and sign a progressive coach (no new Pirlo, but one with decent experience) to really start a new culture in the club, with more aggressive football, going from the great spine of De Ligt (to be confirmed) - Danilo - Locatelli - Vlahovic - Chiesa. And please let the soft players go.

Allegri is going to stay for the next four seasons.

This sounds awfully lot like what we were hearing in the spring of 2019.
