Considering the previous 2 seasons' embarassing results against Lyon and Porto, I ll take this draw. Not happy with our performance though. I dont understand why he insists on playing Rabiot so much. Absolutely useless player. At this point Arthur or Zakharia should be ahead in the pecking order. We need to secure top 4 and beat Villareal in return leg. Anything more is extra for this squad. Very uninspiring group of individuals although he takes some of the blame for persistently using Rabiot. People should chill, lets see where we are come the end of season, then bring out the pitchforks.
No, dude. Same people actively hoping we fail for the rest of the season so the coach gets fired. Cheering for us to lose. I mean, yikes.

I want to say this too, and I would like to say he has shown that he deserves it with his previous years results, but man this season, I don't know...
I think the thing is unless he has a cheap clause in his contract that let's us remove him it really wouldn't be worth further ruining our finances just to bring in yet another coach and still be stuck with Alex Sandra (no typo here) and Rabiot

Both. A mediocre performance and a stupid comment. And please. What embarrassment in CL under Max against inferior opponents? Ajax? That’s it. Give me another? Was this an embarrassment? An away draw in the first leg, that easily could have been a win? Was it a good performance? Nope. Was it some terrible embarrassment? Lol of course not. If we go out after the return leg, then I’ll agree with you. But after a perfectly acceptable result in the away first leg, c’mon.

And yeah, hoping your own team fails and loses ~50 mil in revenue is beyond stupid. If you can’t see that beyond your frustration, I can’t help you.
Did you really watch the entire game? Or just 32 seconds when Vlahovic scored?
Tell me where is the easy part?

If Chelsea are poor how are we ? And we haven't even spent half the money that Chelsea have done. Everybody wants allegri gone so that Zidane will be appointed with huge transfer budget.
I don’t want him gone, and I’d never root for Juve to lose. But I can’t defend him anymore. He’s made us better defensively yes, but our attack is much worse, and he insists on playing the same turd nuggets every game. I love the man, but he needs to be called out for his disastrous decisions and mentality.

Why are you consistently outraged lol. Doing the bare minimum is what we did, and got punished for it. Morata, Rabiot, Sandro, etc. A few of our players are either shit or soft but if you couple that with having no desire, there is no point in showing up.

The way we played and our mentality is the embarrassment.

I'll change my mind if he somehow turns this team around by the end of the season, but if this is how our team will be then yes, fuck that 50M. I'd rather watch us playing in Europa League with Juventus spirit than playing in CL like Chievo Verona. If you don't appreciate that too bad.

The only defence you have for Allegri is his past. Imagine Sarri playing like this and getting these results lol

What's the problem in his head? If I, with close to zero tactics knowledge, was screaming in sixtieth minute for substitution, how was Allegri unable to see the pressure we were under.

The stupidity in this thread is just at a level I've never witnessed before. And I have been here for so long.

A result like this away from home was never a bad result worthy of all this meltdown even on Juve's heydays.
:agree:
After this performance too of all things lol. Was it good? Nah. It was mediocre. But nowhere near some awful, terrible, shut performance some are making it out to be. I get the reactions after the Torino match. That was abysmal. But this was an away CL knockout match that we drew 1-1, and easily could have won. We weren’t dominated or anything of that sort. It was a 50/50 sort of match, an average performance. Do I want us to be better, sure. And if we go out with the home match left, I’ll be pissed, but right now melting down. C’mon.

Yeah, but we’ve see this story play out before. In 2019, in the first leg against Atletico, and again, against Ajax. As a Juve fan, I want to see us control the game, not just hang on for dear life.

“It was a game we had to play this way, trying to spread the play, as they brought it into the centre. Unfortunately, we tried to be a bit too pretty and then lost our determination.

LEL! FECK OFF!

That Paratici mentality :touched:
from what i've seen so far this season, he wasn't wrong to want this tactical dinosaur gone

We lost 3-0 against Atletico lol. Hardly the same. As I said, I’ll react to this after the second leg. Melting down right now is absurd.

I don't think the majority of people want to see Max gone. We just want to see Max evolve his philosophy into a more brave one so that we could outscore the opponents.

Did you notice the few instances when we pressed higher and they started losing posession? Maybe we should aim for that approach a tad bit longer because we were dangerous?

We have one of the highest wage bills and he is one of the highest paid coaches. That clearly makes a statement that it is possible to score goals because our players don't came here from Spezia, respectively.
