4-2-3-1 with Kulu, Berna, Benta, Morata, Pelligrini but pressing high and keeping fullbacks high >>>> anything we've used so far. :howler:

Yes Genoa is shit. Don't care. This was a proper Juve today.
:agree:
Doesn’t matter who the opposition is. 71% possession and 27 shots to 0 is a masterful performance in a match against a Serie A team. If our forwards had a finishing boot between them this was the sort of match that ends 6-0.

Superb football but so so frustrating we didn’t finish those chances. That could have been 6-0 quite easily and goals build morale.

Superb to see Allegri change system and he’s clearly given the players different instructions because we pressed high and had intensity throughout. More of this, the fixture list now is kind to us so we need this attitude and approach in every game

Complete domination. Yes we have a lot of sub-Juve players but still when you put them against bottom Serie A teams, they are physically superior. Bentancur is superior to every Genoa player physically.

We can beat these teams just by imposing our will.

I must say, I was impressed with the Allergy Throaters today. For them to persuade Allegri to use the formation he did, along with bench Rabiot for part of the match, that was nice to see. As a butthurt Allegry whiner, everyone knows I’ll never be fully satisfied, especially since Schevchumpster’s Genoa can barely score goals in 5v5 practice, it was a good result and decent performance. Kudos to the Throaters.

Hopefully Allegri learns his lesson, and stops fucking around in these matches against bottom half of the table sides. We can’t afford to drop more points in these matches by tinkering with shit that doesn’t work. Keep it simple.

Seemed like the same system as against Salernitana but we looked more comfortable with it. Maybe because we have had more time to prepare/get used to it or maybe Genoa are the worst side we have played this season.

The attack is a real problem though, Kulu and Morata waste so many opportunities.

The partnership of Locatelli and Bentancur has been good. Terrible opposition to gauge it against but they have protected the defence well.

Not a fan of the incident with Morata though. These sort of incidents should not be in public, especially when a team is not performing.

Disgraceful behaviour on Morata substitution. As if we have a better CF right now, let's reprimand him in public to lower his confidence even more.
As for the game, I can't say much as Genoa is the worst club we have played against this season.
