I'm surprised how fast he has made us look semi-organised defensively. Thought it would take months to fix our defensive organisation but evidently not. I'm confident the results are going to come. Will take a crazy good run of results to catch up to some of our rivals after this start though.

This is just insane. I know we don't have an amazing squad but our results are beyond pathetic even with our team.

Allegri didn’t set this team up defensively today… the first 45 mins is what Allegri wanted. Not seeing any negative football that he is instructing us to play like some on here are spewing.

Having said that his substitutions again impacted the game negatively. Needing a goal and in a close game removing Cuadrado, Dybala and Morata was a major mistake - can’t rely on Kean and Kulu to be the decisive match winners and Chiesa really did less than nothing while he was on, he is clearly not fit.

It’s clear this squad is incredibly fragile mentally but this was an improvement on what we have seen so far, Max is working and he will get this right but the results do now need to come thick and fast

I think we played in the right way but one major thing was missing - more ruthlessness. We could have ended the game in the first half.
