Not exactly like Dybala because he is still comfortable playing as a LW, going wide and cutting inside. Dybala cannot do that.

If you want Dybala with a CF you have to play 442 because of Chiesa too. But with Ronaldo you can comfortably play 433 with Chiesa and CR on the wings.
Ronaldo on the wing. Funny story.

I don't agree with this. CR7 has lost quite a bit of his pace throughout these 3 years here, he's not capable of playing on the wing anymore IMO. Or rather I should say he's not as effective playing that role.

At best he can do it as much as Dybala does - drop to the wing to create some advantage there, linkup with other players etc.

Yep, when Ronaldo plays there it pretty much automatically becomes that 442/433 hybrid that we saw both Allegri and Sarri utilise. Ronaldo doesn't do enough work defensively for us to play a pure 433 with him on the wing.

I just came here to say I hate Tootsie and Bozo, and I hope Allegri's arrival coincides with the removal of those two parasites that have plagued the club.

I hope he comes back but let's not forget that Nedved threatened to leave in 2019 if Allegri stayed.

Do we have a replacement for Nedy lined up? Who would attend the draw and kick the banners?
I hope Allegri's first order of business is kicking that pseudo director in the nuts before he proceeds to take a shit on Tootsi'e front porch.

If everything is done and he already signed why doesn’t he take over now?
If Pirlo stays for the next 5 games we won’t make it to the Cl. I am a 100% sure of it. If we do change now we atleast would have a shot at it

Because theres a chance, all be it slim that we can still qualify and if they got rid of Pirlo now, it would bring a lot of criticism and scruitiny on their decision of hiring him and keeping him for this long. So the whole 'trust the project; still stands, they'll continue to back him till the end, just like they did with Sarri.

Difference is that we never had any doubts about not qualifying for the cL with Sarri. There was a chance of not winning the scudetto but there is nothing for granted anyways.

They will look retarded no matter how this ends, it’s already too late for their decision to be a good one. Atleast they could minimize the damage, but it seems they do not care too much if we qualify or not, otherwise they would have taken some actions

The main difference is we won the league with Sarri. There was no reason to fire him midseason.

Exactly! why wait with Pirlo and risk missing out on the CL? Even if he agreed to even manage a team without CL as reported.

Ronaldo can't play LW for a team that defends deep. He can play LW for a team that attacks all game. So there is no problem playing him wide with a CF in Serie A most of the time. He will go to the box for extra verticality when the ball is on the right, and will cut in from the left. He won't defend, but do we really need Ronaldo defending against Serie A clubs? He can press still when he wants to, that should be enough.

Vs the Citys, PSG, Bayerns of the world, where we will concede possession and defend, he should play as a lone striker, with 9 players defending behind. And quick wings for transition

and a good midfield. Its insane the amount of times at Real where he just looked up at the guy about to cross or put a long ball and telepathically they knew where he wanted the ball to be. Thats the Ronaldo we all wanted to see, with 9 men behind the ball its all a little harder.
