352 is very similar if you look at what you have just written. I think 4312 will be better for Europe than 352 just because you have on more midfielder instead of a cb. If the mid is a creative one then that'd be good.

As for now I think Allegri hasn't even picked a formation yet. It's between 4312 and 433 imo depending on who we get (AM/wiger).

There's a big difference IMO because with 4 men defense, Evra and Litch are definitely staying put. In a 352 we'd have a bit more of width I guess. But you're right, with 352 there's a glaring lack of width also.
