The "list" supposedly is compromised of Zidane , Deschamps and Conte so from my point of view Allegri stays.
The hottest link was zidane because he was available. Deschamps links are cold as hell. Conte? Lol.

Lets see what happens till the end of the season, if allegri fails aggainst atletico, maybe that could trigger the board....because the money loss will be felt and Juventus is more business than anything else as of late.

The problem is which coach? i dont see many and Pep IMO is fantastical. Not because i think he is bad... but because his salary is bollocks and his football has nothing to do with Juventus.

So there in lies the conundrum. With Zidane out who if ever replaces Allegri? Not many out there to do it

Every available option is clear downgrade at this point. DP as a coach, Pirlo, no prior exp? Pls, this is no option at all. Gasperini is a good coach for Atalanta level teams. Come on, be serious. :p

Btw criticizing Allegri for pragmatic style of football and then bringing up DD makes no sense. Conte? We have been there, done that and it was nice in the beginning but he couldnt take us to the next level. Allegri did though.

The point was that I prefer change than keep going with Allegri,, i dont see us winning CL with his style of football. Not taking anything from he has done

At one point we were far from Scudetto and Conte won it for us, then came Allegri and kept winning locally which i dont really consider hard (except for his second season, though, the team was still better than all other serie a teams). Allegri put his touch to make us CL contenders, with a better midfield or not this season or the previous one,, had he done better, it would make sense to continue..
Anyway, he seems less motivated and as he said,, he wont stay too long coaching.. only tells you that it is better to change and this year is the time to do it

If you can't get a better coach then you don't change a winning coach.
Thats debatable. We have not won the CL yet as far as i Know. An there are issues and cracks in the team right now that go beyind the records and numbers Alegri has amassed here.

With all respect to what he has done and give us, i think his cycle is over, mainly because i think he is tired and players also cannot follow him anymore as they used too.

So is not as simple as to say "keep him until he retires"

Not untill he retires by no means but bringing in Conte or delpiero/pirlo combo is a major step back for a team of our caliber
