De Sciglio was his personal request. IMO, to claim that Allegri has absolutely no say in transfers is just as foolish as claiming that he has complete control of transfers.

I find it hard to believe that we wouldn’t be targeting different kind of players if Guardiola was our manager. It’s a well known fact that Allegri likes tall physical midfielders, while Guardiola values technique a lot more.

If Guardiola had been our manager in the last few years, we would definitely have more technical midfielders in our squad and less physical ones. Our midfield would probably have players like Lo Celso, Torreira, Fornals, Fabian Ruiz, etc... all these players were available for a reasonable fee.
I agree with that but look at peps CL record. Would he have had as good of results as max? Im not so sure

This man has run out of ideas. The team chemistry is even worse than before, no movement, no attacking play, no clue! The abysmal midfield doesn't help, but that doesn't explain the lack of effort and motivation. We look devoid of ideas, tired, and confused out there. I think this has to be his last year, unless he miraculously turns this around and the team actually starts playing something resembling football.

We are playing so bad that we may really have a chance against AM in the way that the opposites used to meet in the limits... At least that's what I want to believe

Since its the second time in a week I`ll post it
Calciomercato links us to Zidane and Guardiola to replace Allegri when the season ends - Allegri would leave to join an EPL side.
Between Zidane and Guardiola who would you pick?
Zidane for his winner mentality knowing Ronaldo and make his team play good football
Guardiola would probably change our whole approach starting with our passing game which is crap at the moment

I personally am undecided as I want Zidane but I wouldnt mind Guardiola to improve our horrible passing play.. I think I`d still go with Zidane..
Zidane. This club made him and he knows that. He loves our shirt, is friends with Nedved. He will be respected and heard from owner down..Better than at madrid..this is not a guardiola-ish style team, not our identity. If Zidane ever becomes Juve coach, it will be Juve brightest period. Zidane a perfect fit here zero doubt.

We are not getting anyone before the end of the season so lets hope for the best against Atletico who I still believe we can go through them..
I just dont rate Atletico as that strong - I mean they are quite solid defensive wise but if we play attacking football I believe we can cause them so many troubles that we might even go through.
The question is how we play as we looked horrible in the last 2 games...
As for next season - If we go through or not it shouldnt matter as we shouldnt be in this position in first place..
Im not asking for beautiful football even if can bring us some more money through fans.. Im asking for a more attacking style of football (it doesnt need to be "gung-ho" but we do need to be way more attacking than our current style).

I also believe we should keep Dybala and D.Costa as they could be very crucial to our "new attacking style" which will make both look twice as good (and I didnt even start talking about Ronaldo)

We're the only team whose chemistry gets worse the more players play together lol

Its weird as hell tbh.

Players are simply not willing to put the effort needed, dont understand or trust the coach.... and the coach cannot fuel them to do it. Something is broken in the system.

Rakib for coach.
RUS as assistant.
No way, Rakib Should get Paratici´s job. Then you will see some mercato Blitzes. Alessio Secco would look like mamas boy with the amount of clauses paid to get players right away without negotiating.

Everyday that passes and get more and more convinced that this guy would thrive in this team so much.
His knowledge, his experience and most important, his charisma and leadership would take this team by storm.

Im sureplayers would get a new air with him here.
