:shifty: do you see the irony here?
Well Allegri won the title with Milan when trebble winning Inter had Benitez as manager. He ended up second to a Juve that came from two seventh place positions. He came third after Balotelli's arrival mid-season saving his ass by making a quick impact. His real work appeared in his fourth season with Milan where they really looked like his Cagliari.

So the reason of his failure is bad management from Galliani and Berlusconi? As if Agnelli and Marotta are known for their top management, shall we look at what they did their first season? WHo did they hire as manager? What players did they buy?
Their second spell, hiring Conte (majority doubted him) was a gamble that paid off well. Pirlo (most thought he was finished) also a gamble that worked and Vidal a really pleasant surprise.
Not a single time they managed to buy the players that Conte asked for and at each failure they came out with excuses like Conte didn't want or Conte wanted someone else. At the beginning some fans bought it, later on it became ridiculous and they started using the money excuse while at the same time splashing millions here and there on average players. Just like they were doing this time around with Iturbe, Morata and Evra.

Galliani sold Zlatan and Thiago Silva to balance the books, what makes people think our club won't sell Vidal and Pogba to balance the books. We've been hearing how much our financial situation is bad for more than a year now. Isn't it time to fix it? How else can it be fixed? By winning the lottery?

Allegri might do something this season because our squad is strong enough but who knows how will it look like by the end of this transfer window, by the end of January....how will it look like next summer?

I am not calling doom but I won't be surprised if it all ends disastrous. Anything better than that is just a bonus.

Over and out and may we have great seasons ahead of us, worthy of the club's name.
 The similarities are too much for me

sign allegri
he will force pirlo out
looking like selling your 2 most valuable players
bunch of old players getting close to being past their expiry date and/or leaving within 2-3 seasons

Allegri is here. I can only pray he will do well.

This must be one of lowest point for me as football fan. Italy out in WC and now Allegri replacing Conte 2 days into preseason.
I just hope Vidal and Pogba doesn't leave to compound more misery on me.

Don't hold too much hope on this brother. It'll protect you from further heartache.

Sometimes having low expectations is the best course of action.

This is a fucking brilliant move by the management. Get Allegri & start pulling the strings. If the puppet succeeds then it's all smiles plus bragging rights to troll Milan otherwise give him the boot & cry financial restrains.
Everyone & their dog expects scenario 2 but I think Allegri will pull through & surprise everyone.

Football wise, what a depressing couple of weeks it has been indeed :sergio:

Can you imagine a juve fan going into a coma 7 days ago, and waking up to see all of this...

I am so sad about this events. It seems that 2007-2010 years are back.I am fucking mad with Conte that he leaves at this moment. He got every right on the world to do so but not at the starting preseason trainings and especcially not in the middle of the transfer window. This is so fucking low.I read an article yesterday at.Football italia.com.,that among other things between the board and Conte the dispute was that he had a Milan contract at his hands and that pissed off the management. But that is just small piece of dispute. It was told by a journalist who is a close friend to Conte. That does not have anything in common for appointing Inzaghi.Just the fact of having a contract.Other things is fruitless transfer campaign. That't the main reason. He wanted Sanchez and Quadrado_Okay,purple rats will ask maybe 40 mil for him because they hate us so much, but we can get Sanchez for 30 mil ,maximum before the world cup. Then we were offering from 18-22 mil. That's the main reason.
Allegri is such an idiot I can't stand him.He got no vision .JUst saying "yes sir" to the board and everything. When he make success ?When we were bad and Inter were after CL wining without Mourinho.Napoli was awful. So,who he beat?Mediocre teams.Best coach award?Yeah right. In company of Del Neri it is so easy to win this.
And the most sad thing is that we are acting like the transfer window is already closed.MAybe is this shock situation but it seems that we are buying nobody.
I am repeating I cant stand another 2007-2010 nightmare,no way.
His girlfriend ,after that Muntari goal tweets that Juventus are so low, that Conte is like a Godfather etc, etc. And now she will live in Turin and attend on our games and enjoy Juve money????
Fucking bullshit.
I repeat ,Conte's move is so low,his timing of departure is so low.He gave a lot to Juve but also Juve gave him a lot.He can't be bigger than this glorious club.
And not to mentioned that Roma have strenghtened so much and we don't buy anyone.Ultra bad.

Similarities I've found between cancer and Allegri so far:

  • Hearing the name of the disease causes disgust.
  • You don't know how badly is it going to $#@! you up until the first results.
  • Even if you survive, it takes years to get out of this mess.
:agree: The last one worries me the most.

I'm sure this piece of Italian cancer will get us a Scudetto :p
We'll still win the league, even he can't lose with the team we have. The only worry is Conte's reason for leaving.
You guys are in for a big surprise then. Roma is strengthening very well and they're hungry for success. Juve instead lost its leader and hired a spineless loser. Our team has no hunger and definitely was hit by Conte's departure. This thing could explode in no time. Add to that fans protesting and asking questions. I'm not sure you understand how bad the situation is.

Allegri was only hired because he's a yes man, he wont question the board when they dont buy the players we need to improve unlike Conte who was determined to get good players to try do well in Europe.

They reached an agreement in May for transfers and the future of the club it looks like the board went back on their word and Conte was not impressed.
Well it looks like it tbh. I can't blame them for caring for finances but we definitely aren't headed the right direction. Just take a look at names thrown around since Allegri came. It may end up ugly and we'll need years to recover.
