Yeah, we should all comment players and staff we like. Then why don't you fuck off from Higuain's page? I presume then you all creeps will be satisfied when you can offend whomever you do not like and your favorites are untouched.

For me Allegri is the best coach since Lippi but if he does not deliver CL title I won't be sad if he goes. With 700 mln euro spent in 6 years two embarrassing finals are not enough. He has and had at his disposal a core of ferocious Italians and one of the best foreign players in Seria A and Europe. Seria A is a must with this team and a CL is possible too. Real, Barca and Bayern spent less than us and win more.
I am sure that the club and Allegri also think about the future and realize that the motivation on both sides is hard to be sustained for long after so painful defeats and change will be needed if this continues. Even if Allegri somehow miraculously manages to win CL this year the probability of him leaving will be even higher.

Would be interesting to know our net spend over the years. We just don't spend... we sell also.

Under conte we complained about his european performances. Under allegri we have made it two finals and lost to two better teams. Yet still complaints? Lack of depth and injuries in the first half killed us in that final. Last season we played to our strengths which was based on a world class defense. This season we have focussed on the final third and have strengthened that midfield. Start of the season we have scored for fun. Still complaints. I dont get it.

Allegri has better attacking players at his disposal than Conte. And Conte is even more stubborn and risk averse. He is the new Capello and probably won't win CL ever.Or could win as an exception to the rule but it will be a miracle.
But you are right about net spend - the amount is much lower. But it is also lower for the other big clubs who keep their squad and only buy improvements. And the point is why we spent like Man City but play like Atletico? The problem is how we use the available players. Since year 1997 the teams that lost finals more than once and not won even one - Juve,Valencia, Atletico Madrid. The common thing between them is their playing style and while for Valencia and Atletico it is understandable for Juve - not so much.

Pjanic, Matuidi, Khedira, Bentancur and Marchisio are 5 mids for 3 positions.

I wouldn't be against integrating Bentancur into the team even at such a young age. I remember how a 19 year old Fabregas schooled us in a CL quarter final back in 2006.

In regards to the next game, there are three of those available. Khedira & Marchisio are injured. On the other hand, you forgot Sturaro, so yeah we really have 4 mids.

Plus you could count Asamoah as an emergency backup.

We are intent on defending with at least 8 players. We prefer two banks of four. If you go to a 4-3-3 then you can defend with 9 but you will ask Dybala to defend the RW position. Right now Dybala is raping everyone with the freedom he has to run around wherever he wants.

If you go 4-3-3 you most likely have to bench Higuain and play Dybala as CF. It's very hard to get around that IMO.
