edgardavids is right, Allegri improved us in Europe, but under us he himself has went from a coach that the likes of Roma won't hire to arguably a top 3 coach in the world. He should be as grateful to Juve as we are to him.

Axtaully Juve should be extremely grateful that they have a world class coach that is willing to go through all that bs.....we can't get better.

Allegri had won the scudetto and had allready done quite good in Europe with shitty milan
he also had lost a Scudetto with Milan in a bad way and left them in a fashion that suggested that he's close to a nervous breakdown, if he had competed for a spot at Roma with Mancini or Spalletti for example, I'm not sure he'd have won. it's a win-win situation for both parties, Allegri has all the reasons in the world to be thankful to Juve for the opportunities they gave him

Sure, he was gifted the by far strongest and only well led team in Italy.

But that lost scudetto, i cant blame it on him. And we need to be very carefull for this scenario : in 3 competitions, injuries suddenly stockpiling and some team thats not in europe (hello chelsea, leicester, 2012juve) that goes 200% in the domestic league.

The first scudetto we wont win, will likely be won by a team who's not in europe

Milan freak injury record that season must be linked to the preparation process by Allegri's staff, too many injuries to be explained by simply bad luck. besides Allegri was the main factor behind driving Pirlo out of Milan, which was as big a factor as the injuries.

Cant blame that injury stockpile on him. Biggest thing is that he was forced to not rotate several players at some point, which blew up in their face when zlatan started to pick up small overload injuries.

Its too easy to blame the coach for having a squad full of injuries.

His point stands. We revived Allegri's career. He was not even a candidate for the coaching post of clubs like Roma or Napoli until we came calling and reignited his career. He was considered a 'risk' for any top coaching job and rightfully so.

No. Thats far too much.

Allegri had proven himself. But the shit with berlu happened.

It was a matter of time before some team made a smart decision.

Luckely, it was us.

But if you want to say he was not in the list of hyped coaches most shortsighted managements will go for first ? Yes, i entirely agree

This proves again how much better our club is led tbh.

No stop with this revisionism. No top club was willing to take a chance on him at that point in time. If he was such a reputed coach, he would've had offers from abroad but it dint arrive and Roma was the best he could aim for and even they preferred Rudi Garcia over him in the end.

We took a chance on him because we dint have any other viable options available at the time and luckily it worked out for us.

We brought the best out of him and exploited his potential. You can't spin it in any other way because it's the truth.

Well rotation also is something a coach should take into account, no one is forcing clubs to go all in in all 3 competitions, it's not like they won CL or CI that season, they went far in both and ended empty handed. Juventus did have a lot lighter schedule, yet Conte still used a lot of reserves for CI matches and got further.

Allegri did a lot to help us win that first scudetto, he gifted us Pirlo, without him we couldn't have won it and their sour grape defeatist attitude after gol di Muntari was a big help too.

I don't hold him responsible for Milan falling to pieces after all the talent left the team, but in 11/12 he fucked up hard which affected his reputation.

He also lost crucial matches against the likes of Bologna and Fiorentina(at home). His team got owned by Amauri of all people.

Those two games arguably clinched us the scudetto.

We went through a period where we were drawing a whole host of games and Milan were failing to increase the gap each time.

what a legendary goal that was, Mexes falling on his ass, Amauri exchanging it with Jovetič and slotting it in cool as ice
