If we sell Pogba, we're losing a lot of physicality in the midfield.. Especially since we're also adding a softie in Pjanic.

Went from super hyped midfield in Vidal, Pogba, Marchisio and Pirlo to potentially not starting any of them when the season is back.

Let's see if Allegri decides to play the same brand of football or change it up a bit.

Pirlo was softer than Charmin' and in my eyes Pjanic should be used in that same way. It's having to replace a Pogba that worries me. Can Lemina be that guy?

problem with pogba is his end product sometimes... he is hesitant sometimes. He needs to learn from the likes of pjanic and be stone cold when deciding that final move.

So 5 new players for Allegri to gel into the lineup. Maybe more if we sell Pogba.

It's gonna be a tough task to get everyone on the same wavelength. I'm a bit worried this year will start off like last season...

It will be a less significant squad change to last season, even if Pogba goes. Juventus aren't replacing the importance/influence of Tevez (top scorer), Pirlo (playmaker) and Vidal in the same summer this time.

Marchisio will probably be the most difficult player to replace for Max until he's back in training.

We have much more quality this time though.
Well obviously. :D

We don't seem to be playing very many friendlies to build that rapport. Alves, Pjanic, Higuain are guaranteed 3 new starters. Plus we still need to sell as well. If Pogba goes that's almost an entirely new midfield until Claudio comes back.

Look at home many different partnerships up top we used last year and it looks like its more changes obviously again with Pjaca and Higuain which means Zaza or Mario have to go. We saw the lack of chemistry in attack often so hopefully it doesn't take time to get the chemistry down.

Yea that's really the only real criticism we can have for the board this summer. Lack of continuity. The revolution was supposedly last year, but if Pogba goes, we will probably have another 10 new players this season. Though your concerns are negated by the fact that the real starter issues will be in midfield, but that too will have players who know the league well enough. Essentially, we can start with Dybala Mandzu at the start to kick things off, but it's not like a record breaking Higusin needs time to break in.

i've seen Pjanic be rather insane so far, not worried at all.

Hence, we can play 2 filler mids, and have Pjanic, Alves, Sandro and DYbala to the creating. Lets not forget Disco Stu and Asamoah are some incredible tough midfielders

I don't think it will take as long, as Mandzukic-Dybala is a fairly secure starting partnership already.

More difficult than a guy contributing to 23 goals and assists last year? I call bs on that.

Allegri: "Okay, so Honda, I'm leaving for Juve, soon, okay? You're gonna be alright with that?"
Honda: "Leaving for Juve? You gonna bring me with you?"
Allegri nods .. "Suuure, man." Looks away before returning to the conversation
Allegri: "Look, let me break it down for you, like simple. I'm going to Juve, and you're gonna stay here at the Milanello to train with Montolivo and the other bidoni, okay?
Honda nods
Allegri points and says: "É Fatta."
Honda tries to explain with his hands; "But mister, what if, you go to Juve like you just said, and you take me with you as some sort of backup? I could do like this...and like this...and we'll be...."
Allegri: "Ohh-Ohh, okay, I see what you mean now... But here's the thing...." puts his hand in his jacket pocket
Honda: "No but mister..."
Allegri: "Look, Im gonna show you with my hands, just like you did."
Allegri begins to explain with two fingers
Allegri: "This is me, right? And this is you." taps his left finger with his right one
Allegri: "On the other side here, is me, at Juve, and on the other side, there, is you, at Milanello. This is where you're gonna stay. I aim to win scudetti, see? I have no use for a player like you."
Allegri: "Once again, this is me, this is you. Our paths will never cross again, capisce? Look, it's nothing personal, but ... Oh, nevermind"
pats Honda on the back, walks away and never looks back
