So? I don't get what's wrong with publicly saying that it was a technical decision. He says worse things (as if what he said was bad) about Pogba and points out areas he can improve on on a bi-weekly basis. By saying what he did, he also boosted Asamoah's confidence and showed that he has faith in him and relies on him.

Ronaldo is the 2nd-best player in the world unlike Pogba. And he's a machine that never needs rest.
