Lemina has been worse than both those guys so far.
He's last games yeah (Sturaro was as bad then), but his earlier games he was EXCELLENT defensively, he ate up opposition players. Most important of all, he never gotten to play with Marchisio yet and play as RCM who's job is to win the ball and play it simple, he was playing with Padoin/equally inexperienced/limited Sturaro, terrible Hernanes and a Pogba lost in his own mind. Especially when he was trying to be regista/dictating player which he cant do, ala Marchisio.

Most importantly he hasnt yet played in this current Juve thats way more stable and organised perfection, he could do a good job as RCM. Which btw he only done once, his best game which was Napoli one.

Max Allegri revealed how Juventus neutralised Fiorentina, but will “take it one step at a time” for the Scudetto.
The Bianconeri registered a sixth consecutive Serie A victory, fighting back to beat the Viola 3-1 despite an early spot-kick.
“I can only say Juventus are going through a good period of form, we have another two games before Christmas in the Coppa Italia and Serie A,” the Coach told Sky Sport Italia.
“As we were so far behind, it’d be important to close up even more before the break.”
Incredibly, Juve were 11 points behind Roma in Week 10, but six rounds later are one point in front in fourth place.
“At this moment the team is playing relatively well, though we have to improve technically and make fewer mistakes.
“It has to be said that it was not easy to close up so much considering where we were six rounds ago and six consecutive victories are not easy in Serie A.
“I considered Inter one of the favourites pre-season because they invested heavily and have an experienced Coach. They are four points clear at the top now, so remain the favourites.
“Juve have to follow our own progress and not anyone else’s. There are many points still up for grabs and we have to take it one step at a time. We initially had to catch Milan and we did, then Roma, now we’ll see if we can overtake Napoli and Fiorentina.
“It will take something extraordinary to overtake Inter, though.”
Fiorentina had been unbeaten in six games, but capitulated in Turin.
“Nikola Kalinic had about 60 sprints in the first half, but we did well to block them off and Fiorentina didn’t have a shot on goal other than the penalty.
“On the other hand, Juve had several chances other than the three goals and forced a series of saves. We prepared for the game planning to block off Fiorentina’s strengths, which are the creativity of Borja Valero and Josip Ilicic.
“As time wore on, Fiorentina got more fatigued and we improved, so we took advantage of the extra space.
“Paulo Dybala is an important player and he will become extraordinary. He has improved a great deal in tactical and psychological terms, because playing at Palermo and Juve are two very different things.
“The trouble with Paul Pogba is that when things seem too easy, he relaxes and gets it wrong. Heels? No, only a cobbler should deal with heels.”

roma

This is Italy, non of the tactically obbssessive coaches need to be told you need to cut off the creativity of Valero and Ilicic, the difference makers. Nor to give it an extra gear when they tire out.

We just have a high level defence that can shut out most teams out there. Thats all.

It's funny how you still clearly don't rate Allegri as a manager, even though he's proven you massively wrong.

It's fine, you were wrong about him too. I thought he sucked as well when he was at Milan.

Read the friggin context, what the reply was to. I rate him, but rate our defence too. It's why I said this is not an effective tactic just every random Serie A team can copy and execute Vs this Viola because of our insanely experienced top defence.

Osmy, you're right that the defenders are experienced enough now to handle Viola but it also takes an effective tactic to handle them and win the match.

Allegri tactically and it is admitted by almost everyone in the squad, is tactically superior to many coaches they played under, Buffon even said that last year.

The guy reads the game pretty well and fields the players based on what he wants in the match, Lich out Cuadrado in last night is an example.

Speaking also of our experienced defenders, Chiellini costed the team too many points in the last two seasons but Allegri fixed them and won the matches tactically.

Goes without saying It's extremely organised and mentally prepared set up tactic, he instills a level of organisation that's high level. More impressive in tougher games (smaller ones are attacking plans flaws is exposed when you don't need to fall back as much) because of how well the bunkering approach is executed (even with mediocre Milan players). But it takes a certain kind of experienced individual quality to perfect it, which is why it's not ideal for every team to try Vs quality approach like Violas are this season. Also very organized in very different technical way by Sousa. Quite a good challenge we outwitted and beat.

This Max is too clever for me. When we started the season by setting new records for losing I thought oops this team is in trouble. It turns out it was just a ruse to humiliate our rivals even further. He really had me going.
