Just for the record, Uruguay is not a very religious country, our State is secular, and religion is not teach at Schools since the XIX century. In some point I believe is something most uruguayans are proud of.
As the result of so many immigrants from so diverse places in the world we have communities from all religions - even when catholics are the biggest one - . Religion it is considered a private issue and we all respect each others faith - or not faith which are the case of most of Uruguayans nowadays -.
