You are surely right, in theory. Look at our first team. It`s all about talent + grinta everywhere. Look at our best player Vidal. You definitely have to look for a balance between talent and grinta.

But regarding Juve`s squad, I definitely think we need more talent. Peluso, Caceres, De Ceglie, Padoin, Marrone, Giovinco... and we are going for Biabiany, Zuniga, etc.

I think the squad is becoming unbalanced, due to an increasing amount of just grinta and no talent players. That`s just me though.

i don't understand why we are stocking up on these types of reserves. peluso de ceglie padoin all of them need to go and then buy 1 or 2 quality players... we need to sell a lot of players starting from matri and quags.

Extremely unfair to put Caceres in that list of players. Peluso and Padoin will rarely play and are just reliable back ups. Hopefully De Ceglie and Giovinco can be sold ASAP...
