We need a defensive striker

Seriously, we need an Aguero type of striker (wait am i asking too much?).

I think people are forgetting that he got as much match time this year as I did under Sarri.

Dybala and Ronaldo are FINALLY starting to work in synchronicity with each other, and we are just going to bring this guy back for no legitimate reason whatsoever.

There’s no way he would want to come back to Juventus. Not with Sarri incharge atleast.

I read of links to Milan and Spurs. Milan would suck, but i think he would do well at Spurs with Kane upfront.

Bring him back to be what, the 6th forward?

That is exactly where he would be in the pecking order, behind Dybala, CR7, Bernardeschi, Costa, and Higuain
Agree - no reason to bring him back. If we manage to offload Bernie, Costa and Higuain we will need another striker/attacker though...

Ok, but that doesn't mean that we bring back a 34 year old forward who got no playing time to begin with.
lol I know, that's why I said no reason to bring him back. I'm saying we we offload 2-3 of our attackers, we will need to fill those slots in with someone (just not Mario).

Genius move releasing him when you play 4-3-3 and only 3 strikers, with really only 2 playing as the centre forward.
I don’t think it had something to do with Mario or his qualities, this was because the squad was to big and expensive.

Mandzukic, Can, Pjaca and Perin were getting more than 13m salary a year and weren’t used.

It was dreadful squad planning. We should never been at the end of the window with these players if we had no intention of keeping them.

However, I would argue that we could still have used Mandzukic given that we only have 3 strikers and play 2 every match. We have been lucky with injuries so far but that can change. We are also lacking a player like Mandzukic, which the board now seem to realise with the interest in Milik and Jimenez.

Yeah is horrible teammanagement, but it was also players refusing to sign at other clubs. Was a very strange mercato in that way.

Hopefully we decided to finish this season with a crippled squad so there’s room to invest in the summer.

Sami, the crook gentleman, he steals from you but always with a smile.

@DAiDEViL as the cinemas are open again, do you know the release date of Khedira's Eleven,? It is a German remake of Soderberg's film. The story of Samy Khedira, after having served a prison sentence for fraud in Madrid, he is finally released and decides to start his life over in Turin,by impersonating someone respectable. In the same time he established contacts across Europe with his former colleagues (Danilo, Bonuci, Matuidi..) and decided to make one last impressive heist, but instead of a casino he decided to tackle a football club.

Tootsie, in the garcia's character is also stunning, until the end he plays the role of the owner who doesn't even realize that he is being robbed,
