It wasn't a push. The replay angle from goal-side clearly showed him pull Barzagli's arm down to stop him from jumping high enough to head the ball out.

Clear foul that the goal line assistant caught.

If you watch the replay from back of the goalie angle you can see dzekos arm shielding and actually prevented barzaglis jump from reaching the ball. Its not really a push but i can say without his arms, barzagli wouldve reached the ball
