Rincon is a very good bench DM option, it just happen we brought him to play in a 3 MF squad and changed it. Genoa went down once Tomas left and even their sporting director said it was a mistake to let Rincon leave.

If we are planning to switch systems between 4-2-3-1, 4-3-1-2, 4-3-3; Rincon is a very solid option in the bench to play in a very hard role, for instance Lemina, Asa or Stu can't play like DM properly so... no clue
