Nope. The last position we need reinforcements in. But the media love linking us with creative attacking midfielders, that's lazy journalism for you.
Lol. You talk as if Wenger is known for his excellent transfer policy and building a killer team.

Alternative is Mkhitaryan ?

This is why Draxler would look like a great signing right now.

Damn, imagine Cuadrado or Mkhitaryan as the trequartista signing...

Do I? I wonder how you inferred that from my post.

All you can derive from my post is that we don't need another creative attacking midfielder, and that the media loves linking us with these type of players, because Wenger in general likes them, for that reason it's lazy journalism.

Nowhere in my post did I address Wenger's competence in the transfer market, or his ability to build teams.

You implied he wasn't an Arsenal target and complained how creative midfielders are always linked with Arsenal. The fact is they're always linked, because Wenger always likes to buy them.

Ya, when we need an attacking midfielder, Wenger almost always buys the same type, the creative playmaker type, even when we need someone to play on the wing, he has tended over the years to bring in creative midfielders (Rosicky, Hleb, Nasri, Santi before he was turned into a CM). But we don't need an attacking midfielder at all this season. We have Ozil, Sanchez, Rosicky, Santi Cazorla, Ramsey, Wilshere, Chamberlain on the books, you really think Wenger would be interested in Goetze too?

That's what I call lazy journalism, and lazy criticism from you too.

I agree with you that it is unlikely. Especially because I don't think they'd allow Wenger to buy yet another midfielder.

Arturo Vidal and Mario Götze could meet at the crossroads as the Chilean midfielder arrives in Munich whilst the German World Cup winner switches to Turin. It's a possibility that could become reality[/B] but Bayern coach Pep Guardiola is hoping to hang on to his playmaker. In an interview with La Gazzetta Dello Sport he declared that; "I have read that we are in negotiations with Juventus but this is not true. I prefer to speak about the players in the squad".

Götze was left out of the Bayern team that faced Valencia over the weekend but Guardiola had a perfectly good explanation for this; "For this game he was a little fatigued so the medical team suggested that I do not play him", before concluding that; " Mario is a great player and I hope he stays with us but it will not be me who decides". - GDM

So GotzON ?

If :beppe: manages to loan Götze, Moggi would be truly displaced in the history of my beloved club.

What's next? Loan Ronaldo and Messi with the option to loan them further and they take a pay cut to go along...
