Looking at it from this standpoint, costa would be first man off bench then Gotze.

At his age, he needs to play and develop. This is the most important part of his career that sets him up for the rest of his life. Being on the bench does nothing but depreciate his value. Loan him out, negotiate a fair clause that can helps Juve but keeps small door open for return.
