its different when your coach is someone like allegri and when it is someone like conte. the players that could have authority over him too. there is probably no-one at milan that he respects (except for kaka and maybe abbiati and de jong). or do you think that the likes of montolivo, nocerino, mexes, muntari, robinho can be above him... here are much more players that have some authority and he would respect like buffon, barzagli, chiellini, pirlo, vidal. also conte would never allow him to do things that are bad for the club because otherwise he would never play
