I'd rather team up with Russia. Canada should work on their relationship with Russia. The last thing you want is to nationalize resources and a currency. What happens if you end up with a government like Venezuela but managing the whole of Africa? The euro continent isn't doing well either because specific countries make it almost impossible to move forward.
