I really don't get the fuss over this. If he departs for France, so be it. He'll be destroying his own career.

I won't be upset about losing a 19 year old with one solid season in Serie B; he hasn't proven shit yet.
How can you be certain that he'll destroy his career in PSG? He has just as good a chance in Paris as in Turin.

If any country has been terrible in developing players in reason years, it's been Italy (including Juve) - despite a terrible economy.

It will be his biggest mistake to go there...the best for him would stay at Pescara one more year and then move to a Big side in Italy...i don't hink he'll get normal playing time over there.plus any mistake over there and he will be benched for ever.In Italy it will be different imo for him...

If we go by his statments, he always emphasized on playing one year in serie A with Pescara before leaving... so :boh:

What bugs me is that Juve was close to signing the guy for nearly 2M.

PSG is a disgrace to Italy.

In gazzetta they say Juve wants Villa, but PSG also do.

And honestly I don't see him having much playing time in there, breaking through in French League. Not even Pastore succeeded yet.

:D

seriously, though, the guy is what barely 20 yo, can't say no to a big contract to a team that has a big project in the works, and being coached by Ancelotti. If things don't work out, there is always Italy to come back to, after all.

And the Italian teams interested in him now had BS offers for co-own and stuff ... not exactly showing the player they have confidence in him

All things considered, he is doing the right thing.

Pogba is our future, not this half-man.
I am not so certain about that..He has mercenary characteristics in him..He just came here purely because we're offering higher wages than United.

His transfer from Le Havre to United took place in the same controversial circumstances as it is happening now between us and United.

With that being said i hope he explodes here and let us make full use of his talent.

Disappointing if Juventus have given this up, the club should be all over players like this. And then not have to wonder when they cannot compete with oil money for the €40m players.

We (as in Juve) will never win the champions league without mercenaries. So can we please quit bitching about football players treating their job as a job.

It is in all honesty pathetic to listen to these 'old' romantics constantly bitching about mercenaries.

I am just implying that if you think he is here for the long term ,then you might be mistaken..

Say in three years ,he explodes onto the scene and becomes a quality player ,and if PSG or any other inferior club come calling with teh $$$$,he is the kind of guy who would jump ship at that oppurtunity..Just saying.

So what? That's terms of the market. We can't skip on a talent because of an assumption like that.

Besides PSG can't really be inferior if they manage to lure a player from Juventus.
