You mean he should have stayed at Pescara?

Because I can't imagine he'd have got more playing time at Juve than he'll get at PSG.
:agree:

Besides why is it looked so bad upon to play in PSG? I suspect it's just because it's not Juventus.

It's an ambitious club in arguably the greatest city in the world. It's not like Serie A is very attractive anymore, sadly.

Serie A is more attractive than Ligue 1.
It is really apart from the top teams? The only reason I find it more attractive is due to my love for italian football and Juventus. Not the more objective criterias.

Terrible stadiums, no crowds, continuous scandals surrounding cheating in some manner and a lack of interesting football from major parts of the teams in the league.

Is Pescara more attractive then this current PSG? Because thats what its about, if it was between a top club in Serie A or PSG I would understand questionning it (and its been dead clear Verratti prefers us over them, with how much this has been stalled), especially for an italian player, but a nobody club that gets up to Serie A once every 20 years, and hugely ambitious well paying French team. Quite the contrast, and one which the difference of the leagues hardly balances.

PSG>Pescara but Serie A>Ligue 1. The lower teams in France are just as shit as lower teams in Italy. You got little shithole villages in France playing in Ligue 1 with 5,000 fans a game. Overall Serie A is definitely the better and bigger league and footballers will go to Serie A over Ligue 1. PSG is a whole different ballgame because they have money and they are the exception and not the rule.

plenty of lower table teams are actually nice to watch against bigger teams, they eighter park the bus and initiate a well orchestrated counter attacking feast, or they get an early goal followed by 3 more

or, they actually try some attacking things and run the tired topteam ragged

serie a is pretty good for people who like every type of football, and not just tiki fuckcuntshit taki

To be fair, he is going to live in Paris, there's a lot of Italians at PSG and he'd get more money than if he came here. He doesn't owe us anything so I don't feel 'betrayed' by his decision. It's Pescara that are the main culprits.
