No doubt that we should buy him and take him seriously. But his 3 seconds of ballwatching almost costed us three points that night.
Ugh you're just splitting hairs now. Everyone makes mistakes and that was just one of his.

He still put in probably the best defensive shift in a Juve shirt today. Motta was up to his usual tricks and Bonucci - Barzagli were not at all impressive.

Should be the alternative RB next season and an end to Grygera's Juventus career.

Marco Motta should really reinvent himself as an attacking right winger. He does well in offense, but in defense he can't cover for sh*t. Why he is a defenseman in the first place? If they keep playing him as a RB, I dont want him on the team, but as a right winger, I wouldn't mind.

Yep!EVERYONE!And that's a life lesson. There isn't a human being that never made a mistake, especially some 18 year-old kid whose former president never heard of until Juve made an offer. That very same kid was put against one of the best players in the world and did more than well.

I would like to meet his hair-stylist and shoot him between the eyes with some expired semen.
I don't want to believe that that thing coming out of his head was done by a hair stylist. It has to be some sort of an atomic disaster waiting to happen.

ROFL Melo...

Sorensen is so far ahead of Motta in every facet of defending that it's not even seriously up for debate. And Sorensen is an 18 year old CB who had ZERO FIRST TEAM EXPERIENCE of any sort before joining this great club. Marco "Head and Hair of a Child Rapist" Motta is 24 years old and has played in Serie A for a few years now and still hasn't grasped the concept of playing football yet he is being payed handsomely to do so.

I can say for a fact that the right side of the defence looked a lot more secure once Freddy came on. He closed down defenders well in one on one challenges and he showed coolness and calmness on the ball. Sure he fucked up once with that header out for the corner but how many fuck ups did Motta make in the same game (and whole season?) Perspective please, the kid will surely make a few more mistakes in the future but all the ingredients are there for us to look forward to an absolutely beastly defender in the coming years.

There is absolutely zero chance that Juve will sign Motta as first choice RB next season, or send Sorensen out on loan. Motta, if he is bought, will be used for player exchange purposes. I j ust hope this club actually finds a gun RB who is good in both defence and attack.
