Marco Borriello (4 Viewers)

Do you want Borriello to stay, and do you think he will?

  • I want him to stay, and I think he will :)

  • I hope he leaves, but I think he'll stay

  • I want him to stay, but I think he'll leave

  • I think we'll ship his ass off. Good riddance! :D

indeed, I cannot recall the word 'no obligation to buy' on those ones.
You can't find those words for Borriello either.

For all of them, including Aquilani and Traore, we had an "option to buy". For none it was a mandatory buy. But imo it was pretty clear that for Quag, Matri, Motta and Pepe we took an obligation to buy, even if it wasn't put on paper. More like a gentlemen deal that we couldn't afford to break. It could be the case with Borriello too.

Or it could not, of course. It's more likely, considering he is a notable player from a fellow Italian team. Aquilani, Rinaudo, Traoré and the kids were not.

I'm saying the same thing :D

We're now seeing it as a choice to buy Borriello because of the words "option to buy" and people here seem convinced that it's an option to buy. It might very well be the case. But cases from the near past should warn us that we could be wrong and Borriello might not be an "option to buy" but an "obligation to buy".

It's not like he's one of my favorite players, but I'm genuinely excited that he is joining us.
Seems that way seeing that you've already got an Avatar flashing his abs. You must be very excited!

What a waste of valuable oxygen this man will be at Juve. Let's hope he does a few good things then is sent back in 6 months.
