With him we already improve the pillar of this club :
Defense : De Ligt
Midfield : Locatelli
Attack : Chiesa
as a core for our club in the next years
We still need to improve our GK (Tek is good but not great for big stage) , CB (ageing Chiello and Bonbon) and Wing Back (ageing Sandro and Cuads) , the opposite winger of Chiesa (the departure of CR7), and do trade to sell our worst midfielder to get a exciting talent/promote our youngsters
And if we don't take Morata option then we will need top striker too. This is so much task that need to be done in minimum half of that done in next summer mercato. I predict that we will still count on Tek, Sandro and Cuads for 1 more year. So the next Mercato will be
- 1 Center back to play beside De Ligt and bench Bonbon
- 1 Left winger
- 1 top striker, can be Morata if we take the option or we go for more high profile name
So to accomplish all of that, a further run in UCL (at least semifinal) is needed to push some prize money
And do the full evaluation on Ramsey, Bentancur, Arthur, McKennie, Rabiot as at least 2 of them need to go and to be replace with upcoming talent in midfield
1 thing that need to be a concern is next year De Ligt clause will be active and probably there will be insane billionare that his club in dire need in high profile CB go shopping spree and getting De Ligt. If Arsenal okay for nearly 60m for Ben White, then 150m for De Ligt will looks like a bargain
