Fagioli and Dragusin would turn mediocre the longer they stay with us and when we loan with option them out likely is they'll end up at Atalanta or Sassuolo and develop into something great so I'm all in for sacrificing either of them two for this guy.

He already has against countless sides in Italy. Spain, Germany, and Belgium aren't even world class and Locatelli obviously can't play against Italy.

Imo Sassuolo had hoped for a top 4 challenge in 2020/21 after there decent run in 2019/20, that's why there was hesitation from their part. Juve could have forced the issue in winter transfer, once that was out of the equation.

There's no way in hell they would've let him go in january.
