I get your point, and my point wasn't that an attacking midfielder would be a saviour either but certainly would be slightly more compatible with all the duds we already have now that are sharing the same primary DM attributes.
I went to YouTube to watch vids of Locatelli and went down a rabbit hole of watching vids of the guy that built the glitter bomb to catch package thieves then how he ended up catching scammers in India

Agree he has great qualities. He shields the ball really well and is hard to knock off it when he has possession. It's a shame in injury issues b/c he needs consistency and our team needs it too.
I believe Pjanic needed to go, he wasn't getting younger or better so in that sense we won the real b/c we got a younger player with good qualities he just needs to not get injured LOL

meaning he was a STARTER for us and in return we got someone we thought was going to start but is never fit to play.

Let me clarify: I said bench because he is rarely healthy, not because he isn't good. Pirlo clearly liked him early on because in preseason he said his build up play was fantastic (or something like that) so we know Pirlo likes him but he can't get him and keep him healthy.

How many yellows turned into goal conceding opportunities against his own team?

Expand...how many of his own tackles were the result of him actually getting back the possession he just gave away?

Locatelli averaged 2.5 tackles per game to Bents 1.9. His tackling is much better than Bent's anyway, I'd take the higher yellow count simply b/c he is the better player.

Dunno, don't watch Sass frequently enough. Simply pointing out that pretty much every single midfielder playing in a deeper position tends take yellow cards. It's not a not negative although Tuz would like to believe so. I'd be more worried if the DM in the team didn't take yellows by stopping potential counter-attacks for example.
I've been on the Locatelli train way before he was cool on Tuz. I like both him and Bentan as players so I'm more than okay with Locatelli coming here.
