Summer should be interesting for these younger strikers, I'd hope one of them could force the sale of one of our current attackers. /hustini

Boakye to remain on loan I'd guess, the other two are up for grabs. Immobile could be a Juve player next season unless he produces some utter shit until May, Gabbiadini to spend another season at Atalanta/Bologna?

I want both Gabbiadini and Boakye to stay on loan another season, yeah. Which means it would have to be Immobile coming back. I'm not terribly convinced by him though but I guess it's time for him to have a shot at Juve if he manages another 5-6 goals this season.

And how the hell do you work that one out??? One of them has forced his way into becoming a first team regular, one of them is starting to manage that at a slower pace. Both have a similar amount of goals in comprabaly awful teams.

Proven more??? Other than proof that Ciro can force his way into a starting jersey at a faster rate, elaborate Bad Ass...what are your measures here?

The important thing for Boakye is to have him loaned to another Serie A club or stay with the surely to be promoted Sassuolo. One season is Serie A...let's see how he does eh!. For as positive as his second loan spell at Sassuolo is proving, he is yet, nowhere near the peaks scaled in such regions as Ciro Immobile. Gabbiadini looks great at times, lots of potential. Boakye looks explosive, powerful, direct, but ONLY AT SERIe B level thus far. Ciro is the only one to show that if given the chances, in serie b at least, he will show exceptional talent at finding the net.

Has anyone been following this guy's progress?? How's his playing style? Seems like he's finally settling as a regular starter for Bologna. And he's playing like a winger I guess.

He's pretty fast but not a real winger. That's the problem when you already have an experienced player in your real position and you have a bit of speed, someone sticks you out wide.

Well if he's a poacher, but fast enough to play on the wint, that's a big plus to him.

Is he skilled? Intelligent? Can he use the right foot?

To call him a 'poacher' is probably not right, that suggests a strict centre forward who stays around the box. He's never been like that, but because he is tall he has often played there.

He has a bit of everything; size, speed, a decent touch and dribbling, but he's essentially a mobile goalscorer.

With Gilardino there the problem is that he will always be the second reference point for the striker position, with Diamanti withdrawn.
