1. Do the gangsters get to speak and throw in 'false votes' in the daytime?
2. Can the detective and other people in special roles get killed by a) gangsters? Or b) civillians? And what happens when they do?

Yes, the gangsters basically behave like civilians throughout the game, and can vote anyone they want to along with the civilians. It's not necessary that the person they're going to whack is the same person they'll be voting out.

And people with special roles can get whacked by the G's and get lynched out by the other civilians.

Ok great just to continue:
1. The gangsters votes actually count towards lyncing someone? And they vote towards can lynching a gangster?
2. Do the special roles get reassigned?
3. Do the G's pm the narrator who they want to murder then the narrator pm's the victim?

Well, all the G's know who the other G's are. So they won't lynch a gangster, and they'll usually try to save a gangster in jeopardy by voting civilians out. It's important to notice peoples' voting trends and see if someone blatantly changes votes to save someone else.
G's votes will count for lynching, yes.

I think only the Jailers role gets reassigned once after the original Jailer gets killed.

Yes, the G's decide whom to whack, and PM the name to the narrator before the voting period ends.
