No.. they were made so geeks like you and me can open them up in a hex editor and burn holes into circular pieces of plastic with a flashlight :D
Well that's still burning isn't it, whether you do it manually because you don't trust the cdr drive to do an adequate job or you put your faith in Plextor, it's the same thing. :D

No, wait.. does the Mac version even have copy protection on it? Not sure if it exists :p

Burke, I'll tell you what.. first see what you can do with the disk you downloaded (burn it of course), but if that don't work, you gotta buy the game, yeah..
But transfer the saved game at any rate, yeah ;)
How would one transfer the saved game?

I think the iso he has is cracked for PC but I am sure the crack file can be found for Mac. He only has to burn the image and see if it works.
    Crack file... mac?

Not sure that can make a legible sentence, really..

I mean, ultimately, cracks, hacks, backdoors, viruses, etc, exist only in the largest share of the OS market.. windows...
Demand generates supply; not sure there are as many mac pirates as windows pirates, tbh :D

Well yes, but what we do isn't burning.. it's 1337-burning.. big difference :D

Either you have USB memory stick use it to copy from one computer to another or email it from the PC and receive the email on the Mac.

    Floppies over USB sticks? Why?
In the name of fun. Otherwise, something that Nawaf would appreciate, you could emulate a serial cable. Open the file in a hex editor, read the first letter, open a hex editor on the mac, type in the letter. while (not end of file) repeat
